With the development of global economic integration and the constant change ofnew technology, the living environment and form of the organizations have greatlychanged——the increasing number, the reducing scale, the "flattening" structure, andthe fierce competition. And the new situation brings greater work pressure toorganizations and its staff. Working pressure is no longer the peculiar phenomenon inwestern developed countries, and it’s not only limited to theorical research, but alsoexpanded to reality level that people have to deal with reluctantly. In this paper, we putour attention on overwhelming pressure instead of moderate pressure, because theformer is positive, and the latter is negative, which is harmful to the healthydevelopment of the organizations and human beings. IT is the typical representative ofhigh-tech industry in the21century, whose employees under great working pressure hasuniversally been focused by the people. From the aspect of the present situation of ITenterprise, this paper analyzed the IT staff’s basic information, and the basic situation ofpressure situation, stress source, strategies for working pressure by analyzing the datafrom questionnaire and interview. Thus we found the problems of work stressmanagement of IT enterprise employees in Chongqing and proposed appropriatecountermeasures. And this thesis constructed the strategy system of IT enterpriseemployees’ stress management from the aspects of both organizations and individuals.This thesis includes five chapters. The introduction was given in chapter one, whichmainly elaborated the background, significance, ideas, methods, and difficulties of theresearch. The related theory of work pressure at home and abroad were analyzed inchapter two, where a review with domestic and foreign references were made also. Thestatus and characteristics of the development of IT enterprise in Chongqing wasdescribed and a questionnaire was designed according to the second part of the theory inchapter three. After a period of four months, the first hand material was collectedthrough the withdrawal of the questionnaire. Then the current situation of the ITenterprise staff’s working pressure and management were established by analyzing theresults of the statistics. Based on the analysis above, the principle of working stressmanagement and the managing strategy of IT enterprise employees’ working pressure inChongqing were provided from the aspects of both organizations and individuals inchapter four. And finally the fifth chapter is the sum-up and the prospect about the essay. |
