As China enters a new era of socialism,the people not only put forward higher requirements for material life,but also put forward higher expectations for the construction of spiritual civilization.Despite the good momentum of the development of public cultural services in China in recent years,the cultural investment,the number of cultural institutions and the number of employees are increasing day by day,and the cultural activities are rich in results.However,there are still many problems such as backward facilities,insufficient strength of innovative teams,and insufficient quality.gap.Public cultural institutions urgently need service innovation to solve these problems.This paper takes Wenzhou Art Museum as the research object,and uses domestic and foreign research literature,as well as public product theory,service innovation theory and new public service theory as the theoretical basis.The literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field research method,case analysis method and logic As a research and analysis method,the analysis method is aimed at the actual situation of the supply of public cultural services in Wenzhou Art Museum,and proposes service innovation measures,including improving infrastructure,innovating management mode,establishing a good service mechanism,creating cultural projects,and establishing a brand image.Absorb social forces and participate in public cultural services in the museum.In the service innovation practice of Wenzhou Art Museum,it is refined and sublimated.This paper concludes that the service innovation of grassroots public cultural institutions should focus on the innovation of service concepts,methods,contents and mechanisms,adhere to the people-oriented,and meet the growing cultural needs of the people.
