An Elaboration Of The Documentary "Taste Of Muslim Street"

The ancient capital of Xi'an is a city with a profound food culture.Muslim Street is one of the most iconic food and tourist streets in Xi'an,the ancient capital.In recent years,food documentaries have appeared in the public's field of vision,and are popular among the public in their unique artistic expressions.Based on the graduation design work documentary “Taste of the Muslim Street”,this thesis begins with the following four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,topic background,literature and works review.The second chapter mainly elaborates the works from three parts: the introduction of the work,the main content of the work and the thought of the center of the work.The third chapter mainly analyzes the creative process of the works from the three aspects of planning and creation analysis,shooting creation analysis and editing creation.The final chapter summarizes the entire work and article.This article further studies the potential of food documentaries to expand the spread of Chinese food culture.Explore the growing trend of gourmet documentaries that are increasingly popular with the people.In order to enrich the practical exploration of food documentaries.
