Diet Culture Change Theme Expression In Documentary Research

The Song Dynasty Kaifeng Taste is a documentary of dietary culture.It shows the changes of Kaifeng’s dietary culture since Song Dynasty from the aspects of dietary habits,cuisine culture,table etiquette and catering service.Through the integration of a large number of historical,literary and legendary documents of the Song Dynasty,the documentary traces the origin and textual research of the current habitual eating habits,and excavates the influence of its origin and development on the current dietary culture.This paper takes the graduation project The Song Dynasty Kaifeng Taste as a case study to explore the theme expression of food culture changes in the documentary.The whole paper consists of five parts.The first part summarizes the creation background and significance of this film.The second part defines the concept of food culture documentary,and takes The Song Dynasty Kaifeng Taste as an example to discuss the presentation of food culture documentary theme.The third part from the narrator,narrative structure,narrative carrier,story-oriented narrative and detailed information five points elaborated the The Song Dynasty Kaifeng Taste creation of the main narrative strategy;The fourth part describes the audio-visual language of the works.At last,the author makes a summary and reflection on the creation of The Song Dynasty Kaifeng Taste.
