This article analyzes the texts with the main texts of "TuoChuan Yushi Covenants" and "The Sacred Edict of K'ang-hsi with legal interpretation",supplemented by historical records such as Fangzhi, genealogy, essays and archives. On the basis of this, this paper examines the martial arts activities of Yu Maoheng and the martyrdom of the Qing dynasty in the Ming Dynasty, and explores the actual state and historical evolution of the Wuyuan rural symposium in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, revealing the Ming and Qing dynasties. The interaction mechanism between the official and the local society. The talks are an important activity of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Wuyuan's talks began roughly in the Ming Dynasty, and were first organized by the county.Later,Yu Maoheng and other gentry also responded positively, showing the trend of both the official and the private. In the Qing Dynasty,Wuyuan's talks were dominated by the government, and the practice of the magistrate's county seat and the instructor's rotation to the four townships in October was formed. If the gentry is entrusted by the government,it will basically withdraw from this field. In the Qing Dynasty, the practice of quotation of Wuyuan showed a certain degree of distortion in the implementation process. That is to say,the county city's stipulations were actually made by the guarantor and sometimes became a literary, and the rural stipulations became the norm due to the strength of the scholastics. In the Qing dynasty, the instructors of the Qing Dynasty had a positive attitude towards the country, and they had a personal attitude. The reasons were as follows: First, unlike the Ming Dynasty, which only emphasized the instructor education, the central government of the Qing Dynasty also strengthened the instructors to preach the educated people.Responsibilities;Second, rural talks can bring tangible benefits to the academic officers. In the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,Zhejiang Fangzhi also had a lotof records about the Qing Dynasty magistrates and teachers who actively promoted the rural talks.Through comparative analysis,we can see that “the county is responsible for the county, the instructors take turns to go to Sixiang in October every year."The practice may be unique to Wuyuan, but in the county, the instructor's active promotion of the talks,Wuyuan should not be a case.In the past, the research on the township contract basically focused on the issue of local social order. The historical experience of the villages in the Ming and Qing Dynasties made us notice that the other side, that is,the talks provided a place for local officials, gentry and the public. The platform for joint activities, the local officials to observe the people's feelings and make friends with the public, will be an important link between the local officials and the local society.
