A Study On The Construction Strategy Of Cultural And Tourism Characteristic Towns Based On Experiential Tourism

With the development of the construction of Characteristic Towns and the implementation of the revitalization plan of traditional crafts,the state has put forward a series of guidelines,guidelines and policies on the establishment of Characteristic Towns and the revitalization of traditional crafts,while experiential tourism caters to these major policies and promotes the integration between the establishment of Characteristic Towns and the revitalization of traditional crafts in China.Development.In this context,small towns with cultural and tourist characteristics based on experiential tourism emerge as the times require,and in view of the characteristics of experiential tourism in the development of traditional craft culture,traditional craft culture is displayed with "ideas,clues,patterns and levels",creating personalized,participatory and intellectualized emotional experience for tourists.It caters to the market demand and achieves the experiential goals of aesthetics,education,avoidance and entertainment.At present,the Xuanzhi Town in Jingxian County is listed as the first batch of Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province,so it is of great significance to study the construction of Xuanzhi Town.This study is based on the essence of phenomena,from practice to theory,and then from theory to practice.The paper is mainly carried out in seven major sections.Firstly,this paper analyses the background of the establishment of characteristic towns,regards the characteristic traditional craft culture as the unique cultural resources,leads to the concept of experiential tourism,and establishes a preliminary understanding of the construction of cultural tourism characteristic towns.Secondly,through the domestic and foreign research on the theory of Characteristic Towns and experiential tourism,this paper summarizes the development of cultural and tourist towns and experiential tourism,understands the development characteristics of traditional craft and cultural tourism,and analyses the construction trend of cultural and tourist towns based on experiential tourism.Thirdly,through the investigation of three cases of Longwu Tea Town,Hubi Town and Xuanyan Town,and aiming at the situation of experiential tourism,this paper analyses the cultural theme,characteristic tourism industry,functional zoning,spatial organization and other issues in planning and design,and alsoanalyses the contents of activity function,style shaping and spatial characteristics in architectural design.Thus,it provides practical support for the follow-up construction strategy.Subsequently,in order to meet the needs of traditional crafts and culture for small towns with cultural tourism characteristics,according to the development requirements of experiential tourism,and on the basis of investigation and summary,the construction elements of small towns with cultural tourism characteristics are explored in the aspects of location,cultural tourism resources mining,activity project selection and control,experience scene creation,and integration of design elements.Then,from six aspects of cultural theme expansion,cultural tourism industry building,functional zoning,optimization of spatial organization,traffic route design and overall control of architecture,this paper puts forward planning,design and construction strategies of small towns with cultural tourism characteristics,and from three aspects of function selection and control,style shaping and spatial characteristics,it also puts forward the construction of small towns with cultural tourism characteristics.Design construction strategy.On this basis,combined with the actual case-the project of Xuanzhi Town in Jingxian County,the theory is applied to the actual case to prove the relevant views put forward in this paper,in order to provide reference for the construction of Characteristic Towns in Contemporary Rural Revitalization strategy.Finally,the paper is summarized and summarized,and the shortcomings and future research prospects are put forward.
