Research On The Development Mode And Strategy Of Typical Cultural And Tourism Towns In Chengdu

Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the development model and strategies of three typical cultural and tourism towns in Chengdu,namely Huanglongxi,Luodai and Anren,from the perspective of developers and operators.On the basis of field interviews and questionnaires,this paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the development models and existing problems of the above three typical cultural tourism characteristic towns,and gives targeted suggestions,which can provide some reference for other similar cultural tourism characteristic towns in the selection and design of development models.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,research status in China and abroad,research problems and methods,research content and framework,and related concepts and theoretical basis;Secondly,it analyzes the development mode of typical cultural and tourism featured towns in Chengdu,focusing on three cases of Huanglongxi,Luodai and Anren Ancient Town;Thirdly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the development of typical cultural and tourism towns in Chengdu from three aspects: development mode,positioning planning,governance and operation;Finally,the optimization strategy for the development of typical cultural and tourism towns in Chengdu is given from three aspects: development mode,positioning planning,governance and operation.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The development model of typical cultural and tourism towns in Chengdu can be summarized into three modes: main operation,investment+operation,investment+operation+cooperation with other enterprises.(2)In terms of positioning and planning,Huanglongxi Ancient Town takes Tianfu Water Culture as its core,Luodai Ancient Town takes Hakka Culture and Hakka Spirit as its core,and Anren Ancient Town takes World Cultural Expo Town as its core.(3)In terms of governance and operation,Huanglongxi Ancient Town introduced film and television shooting to deeply tap the historical essence of the ancient town and integrate tourism and agriculture;Luodai Ancient Town develops colorful folk activities,holds cultural activities with regional characteristics,vigorously develops tourism products and integrates the town functions;Anren Ancient Town combines activity drainage with industry,and implements precise positioning+platform.(4)The problems of development mode include: the development of "main operation" mode is limited,the risk of "investment+operation" mode is great,and the development efficiency of "investment+operation+cooperation with other enterprises" mode is relatively low.The positioning planning problems include: low satisfaction with layout planning positioning and hardware facilities construction,less prominent theme development,and insufficient theme type and development depth.The governance and operation problems include the low level of businesses in the town,the low level of public services in the town,and the insufficient flow of people in the town.(5)The reason for the problem lies in: First,there is a lack of scientific research and judgment in the process of development mode selection,and there is no correct understanding of the relationship between the construction of cultural and tourism featured towns and real estate development.Second,the town’s positioning,planning and creation are not well understood,and the characteristic culture is not fully explored.The third is the lack of support and attention to businesses in characteristic towns,the lack of attention and investment in public services,the lack of response measures for low population flow under the epidemic,and the lack of publicity and promotion of the town.(6)The optimization strategies include: First,after scientific research and judgment,accurately select the development mode,correctly understand the relationship between the construction of cultural and tourism characteristic towns and real estate development,and innovate the development and management mode of towns.The second is to improve the understanding of the town’s positioning and planning,and increase the strength and depth of the town’s characteristic culture.Third,pay more attention to the businesses and support them,accelerate the improvement of supporting infrastructure and public services,actively take measures to conduct online drainage.
