Research On Sustainable Development Of Small Towns With Cultural Tourism Characteristics In Shandong Province

Under the new normal of economic development,China is in a critical period of new-type urbanization construction,and the emergence of characteristic towns has become an important driving force for high-quality urbanization development.With the continuous progress of the construction of characteristic towns,many development problems are gradually exposed.The construction of small towns has entered a new transition period.The construction direction has changed from "more and more" to "less and better",from "naming system" to "standard system",emphasizing the healthy and sustainable development of small towns.The state puts forward the concept of "culture + tourism" integrated development,which undoubtedly provides new opportunities and challenges for the construction and development of characteristic towns.Based on the construction of new-type urbanization,this paper studies the sustainable development of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics in Shandong province in the new era.Firstly,the author summarizes the existing literature review at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the research results,proposes the author’s research ideas,and determines the research content,research methods and innovation points.Then,it summarizes the concept and connotation of characteristic towns and cultural tourism,proposes the basic concept of characteristic towns of cultural tourism,and introduces the theory of sustainable development,the theory of regional overall development and the theory of industrial agglomeration in detail,laying a theoretical foundation for the next step of this paper.Secondly,the paper introduces the general situation of characteristic towns and cultural tourism characteristic towns in Shandong province,introduces the existing problems of characteristic towns of cultural tourism in Shandong province,and puts forward the necessity of promoting the sustainable development of characteristic towns of cultural tourism in Shandong province.Thirdly,according to the principle of index selection,the evaluation index of the sustainable development of small towns with cultural tourism characteristics is selected to construct the evaluation system.At the same time,the triangular fuzzy number method,entropy weight method,grey correlation method and TOPSIS method,establish a evaluation model of culture tourism small town finally,selecting typical characteristics of cultural tourism in Shandong province town of sample data,by constructing the index system and evaluation model to carry on the empirical evaluation,according to the results of analysis,summarizes the influence town is the key element of sustainable development,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.In the process of comprehensive evaluation on the characteristic towns of cultural tourism in Shandong province,the author takes sustainable development as an important dimension on the basis of the previous research results and establishes an indicator system with 37 indicators from 8 dimensions including economic development,industrial level,cultural characteristics and growth ability.In addition,the author puts forward the multiple attribute evaluation model and evaluation methods,enriched the town by the triangle fuzzy number method and entropy weight method to determine index comprehensive weight,make up for the deficiencies of single subjective empower and objective empower,the improved TOPSIS model,with the min distance instead of Euclidean distance,reduce the calculation error,as far as possible to improve the precision and accuracy of evaluation results.
