| ObjectiveThe study explored the mediating role of resilience in the adult attachment effect on mobile phone addiction from the perspective of adult attachment,further established a three-variable outcome equation model,and studied the effects of relationship needs and psychological stress resistance on mobile phone addiction.The research content of the intrinsic psychological mechanism of mobile phone addiction is to enrich and provide new ideas for later researchers.MethodIn this study,the data of 352 students from 8 colleges and universities in Yantai were statistically analyzed using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale,the Youth Psychological Resilience Inventory,and the Intimate Relationship Experience Questionnaire.Result1.There are significant differences in mobile phone addiction and its dimensions in terms of gender,whether it is an only child,where the family is,whether it is professional,whether it is in love,or whether it is in school.2.There are significant differences in psychological elasticity and its sub-dimensions between gender,whether they are only children,and whether they are class leaders.3.There are significant differences of attachment avoidance in love,there are significant differences of attachment anxiety in gender,love.4.In the correlation analysis,attachment anxiety was significantly positively correlated with mobile phone addiction;psychological elasticity and its dimensioned goal focus,emotional control and mobile phone addiction were significantly negatively correlated;attachment avoidance was significantly negatively correlated with psychological elasticity and its dimension.5.Regression analysis,attachment anxiety has a positive predictive effect on mobile phone addiction;psychological flexibility and its emotional control have a significantly negative predictive effect on mobile phone addiction;psychological flexibility and its dimensions of positive cognitive,family support,interpersonal assistance There is a significant negative predictive effect on attachment avoidance.6.The test results of the mediating effect show that the psychological elasticity plays an intermediary role between adult attachment and mobile phone addiction,which means that adult attachment influences mobile phone addiction indirectly through the mediating effect of psychological flexibility.ConclusionAdult attachment,resilience,and mobile addiction are closely related.Adult attachment and mental elasticity have a predictive effect on mobile addiction,and adult attachment influences mobile addiction indirectly through the mediating effect of resilience. |
