In recent years,more and more people have sleep problems.Among the detection rates of mental health problems of primary and secondary school students,sleep problems are among the highest.As one of the important reasons affecting sleep quality,sleep procrastination has attracted more and more attention from society and schools.As the existing research proposes that stress perception is closely related to sleep procrastination,there is also a theoretical basis to support this view.Therefore,paying attention to the relationship between stress perception and sleep procrastination is of great significance to the mental health education of college students and is also conducive to the formation of good work and rest habits of college students.In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of sleep delay,this study takes stress perception as the starting point,explores the chain mediating role of will control and mobile phone addiction between stress perception and sleep delay,provides a theoretical basis for related research,and designs corresponding group psychological counseling programs to intervene and improve sleep delay behavior,so as to provide practical intervention programs to solve the problem of sleep delay.There are two studies in this paper: Study 1 explores the relationship between college students ’ stress perception,will control,mobile phone addiction and sleep delay.Through the investigation of 589 college students,the results show that:(1)There is a significant correlation between the four variables of stress perception,will control,mobile phone addiction and sleep delay.(2)College students ’ perceived stress has a positive predictive effect on sleep procrastination;(3)Will control plays a mediating role between stress perception and sleep procrastination;(4)Mobile phone addiction plays a mediating role between stress perception and sleep procrastination;(5)Will control and mobile phone addiction play a chain mediating role between stress perception and sleep procrastination.On the basis of Study 1,Study 2 designed a group psychological counseling program based on intervention will control and mobile phone addiction to explore the effect of group psychological counseling on improving sleep procrastination.The results of Study2 showed that:(1)After eight weeks of group counseling,there were significant differences in the pre-test and post-test of will control,mobile phone addiction and sleep procrastination in the intervention group,but there was no significant difference in the control group.(2)The group counseling program based on chain intermediary design can significantly improve the level of will control of college students,reduce the level of mobile phone addiction,and improve sleep procrastination. |
