Nowadays under the background of "One Belt-One Road" Kazakhstan and China’s cooperation in various fields,such as economy and politics,have considerably deepened,thereby the ties between the two countries set an example for the development of good-neighborhood relations.Faced with this new historical opportunity,the spread and development of Chinese language in Kazakhstan has gained an important role.Although the language education policy has undergone a series of improvements since Kazakhstan’s independence,the bilateral cultural and educational cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has been deepened as well,there are still many problems that are to be solved in the process of Chinese language transmission in Kazakhstan.In view of the current “One Belt-One Road” strategy,both countries in order to strengthen international cooperation and reinforce strategic partnership,should adjust dissemination of Chinese communication and education policies.In line with to improve the international cooperation it is necessary to provide a basic platform for promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation between two countries.This study is divided into five parts.The introductory part includes the research background,theoretical and practical significance,analysis of foreign and domestic references and the applied writing methods.The first chapter sorts out the core concepts and basic theories of Kazakhstan’s language education policy.The second chapter discusses the current situation of language education policy in Kazakhstan under the background of the “Belt and Road” and its causes.The third chapter describes enlightenment of the European Union and language education policy of China towards Kazakhstan language educational reform.The fourth chapter puts forward Kazakhstan language education policy adjustment path.In general,this paper has precise significance for the adjustment and reform of the language education policy of Kazakhstan in the context of “One Belt-One Road”.Although the language education policy has undergone a series of improvements,there are still many problems such as education supporting policies imperfection,lack of effective international school system arrangement and language education policies of ethics.Considering Kazakhstan language education policy,firstly,one of the main reasons is absence of relatively clear guiding ideology in the context of the “Belt and Road”;secondly,the lack of advanced language education facilities and concepts;lastly,due to historical factors the language education legislation of Kazakhstan is relatively slow.The language education policy of the EU and China has great enlightenment to the reform of language education in Kazakhstan.Thus,Kazakhstan should actively adjust Chinese language teaching subjects in the basic education,creating new training modes of Chinese talents,and expanding the professional scope of international students.The language education policy promotes cooperation in various fields between China and Kazakhstan under the background of the “Belt and Road”. |
