| Adverbs have always been an important grammatical point in acquisition of a second language,and it is also one of the major difficulties for foreign students learning Chinese.However,there are a lot of adverbs in modern Chinese language,the range is large,including many types of subcategories,there are many different views on the definition and classification of adverbs.Talking about Ukrainian students who just started to study Chinese,because of their lack of language advantage,they will be influenced by their native Ukrainian language when they study and use Chinese adverbs,therefore they might feel difficulties and easily make mistakes.This paper mainly compares adverbs in modern Chinese and Ukrainian languages.Mostly it compares the definition,classification,syntax function of adverbs in both Chinese and Ukrainian languages,and the position of adverbs in the sentence,in the process of comparison there are examples are given to further demonstrate the similarities and differences between the Chinese and Ukrainian adverbs.This paper combines the results of comparative analyses of Ukrainian and Chinese adverbs to find out the difficulties in learning Chinese adverbs for Ukrainian students,and the reasons why students usually make mistakes,based on this the relevant suggestions of teaching Chinese adverbs are proposed.By comparing the Ukrainian and Chinese adverbs,we can find the similarities and differences between the Ukrainian and English adverbs and the difficulty in learning Chinese adverbs.Due to the differences in the parts of speech between two languages,learners often confuse adverbs with other parts of speech.In addition to this problem accident,there are Ukrainian and Chinese adverbs syntactic function differences,so Ukrainian students can use Chinese adverbs as predicates or attributives.The other problem is that because the order of the two languages is completely different,a lot of Ukrainian students put Chinese adverbs inwrong position. |
