Vocabulary is the foundation of English learning,and also the difficult part for students' English learning.Based on the problems and influential factors in the teaching of English vocabulary in high school,and the technical characteristics of the author's teaching school,this paper has probed into the new application mode and application effect of the flipped class under limited technical conditions,has put forward the improvement of the Guided Learning Plan and the WeChat platform as the carrier,and has carried on the experiment research for 4 months,analyzed and demonstrated from both exam results and investigations.This dissertation is composed of seven chapters.Chapter One is the foundation of this study,which mainly introduces the background,significance,content and methods of the study.Chapter Two is the theoretical basis of this study,which,through the method of literature research,makes a study of the definition,characteristics and teaching model of flipped class,the basic contents of vocabulary teaching,and their current research situation at home and abroad,and the theory represented by constructivism learning theory and humanism theory.Chapter Three does an investigation to study the present situation and problems of English vocabulary teaching in senior high school.Chapter Four analyzes learners,teaching contents and teaching environment to select suitable teaching carriers to carry out different flipped classroom design,and gives the principles that should be followed in teaching design,together with the pluralistic main body and various forms of teaching evaluation.Chapter Five mainly carries out empirical research based on the flipped classroom teaching model proposed in Chapter Four.Chapter Six analyses that according to the mathematical statistics,the results of the experimental class and the comparing class are significantly different,and the results of the experimental class are better than those of the comparing class.Vocabulary teaching under the concept of flipped classroom can stimulate and enhance students' interest in English learning and the autonomous learning ability.Chapter Seven is the conclusion and prospect.The results of the experiment show that,with the help of the Guided Learning Plan and the WeChat platform,even when technical conditions are limited,even if not everyone can use a computer,mobile phone or Pad,the new teaching model proposed by the author is effective for senior high school English vocabulary teaching.
