Resilience,as a protective factor for individuals to face pressure, enables individuals to adapt to good and normal life after setbacks.Resilience promotes the improvement of individual happiness, life satisfaction, mental health level and so on,while also alleviates the negative psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression. Therefore,it is possible to improve the mental health level of college students by improving resilience.Existing studies have found that interventions in resilience are effective, and the theoretical basis of these interventions mainly includes Cognitive Behavioral Theory,Mindfulness,Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and so on.We don't know whether other theories other than these can provide the basis for the improvement of resilience, and they don't include the classification of all resilience influence factors from the perspective of content. In addition,if we want to promote the intervention to enhance resilience,we must improve the efficiency of interventions by selecting effective intervention methods.Based on the above probloms, this study intervenes undergraduates by training non-psychologist professional counselors to verify whether the intervention program based on Kumpfer's resilience model is effective in improving the resilience of college students. This study is based on Kumpfer's resilience framework model, summarizing the content of previous resilience interventions and the influencing factors of resilience, and setting the intervention content into six units: introduction of class, emotional and cognitive, spiritual, behavioral, physical,in the form of “ train the trainer ”(counselor training first, and then by counselors for college students to intervene).Counselors were trained in 13 demonstration courses, then implemented interventions for students in 10 topics for 4 weeks. We used “pretest-intervention-immediate posttest-delayed posttest”research design. The subjects were from a normal university in Changchun. There were 5 groups in the intervention group,16 people per group,80 students in the intervention group and 68 students in the control group, control group students didn`t accept any treatment.Three groups that did not complete all courses were deleted, and participants with incomplete data and didn't take part in any one course were deleted from the data, the final group that entered the data analysis was 22 in the intervention group and 24 in the control group,Assessment tools including Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC Chinese version),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES Chinese version),Satisfaction With Life Scal(SWLS),Positive Affect Negative Affect Scale(PANAS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),CES-D Self-Report Depression Scale(CES-D).The results showed that:(1)The intervention program based on Kumpfer's resilience framework model can improve college students' resilience and life satisfaction, and has a sustained effect. At the same time,it can also improve college students' general self-efficacy,but the effect can not be sustained, and has no significant effect on positive emotions, negative emotions, anxiety and depression.(2)The intervention form of “train the trainer ” is effective. The trained non-psychologist professional counselor as interventionists of resilience intervention can effectively improve the college students' resilience level, general self-efficacy and life satisfaction, but for positive emotions, negative emotions, anxiety and depression were not significant. The results of this study show that the intervention program based on Kumpfer's resilience framework model is effective as an intervention program to improve the resilience of college students. At the same time, trained non-psychologist professional counselor as interventionists of resilience intervention can effectively improve the college students' resilience level. This result enriches the intervention research of resilience on theoretical basis and intervention content, and has verified that Kumpfer's resilience framework model is of great significance as one of the resilience models. This study also has an innovation in the form of intervention, through the training of counselors to implement the intervention,it provides reference for improving the efficiency of college students' mental health education.
