In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that college students’ life satisfaction is declining,and there are many factors affecting college students’ life satisfaction.Mindfulness,as the core concept of the third generation cognitive behavioral therapy,has been proved to have a significant effect on improving individual life satisfaction.Psychological resilience and Self-efficacy of emotional regulation are two important factors of individual mental health.This study explores the mediating role of these two factors in the relationship between mindfulness and life satisfaction,and conducts intervention research.On the one hand,it enriches the mechanism of mindfulness on life satisfaction,on the other hand,it explores operational methods to improve life satisfaction for education.Practice provides theoretical basis and intervention program.In this study,1061 college students(1017 test subjects and 44 intervention study subjects)were selected from 8 universities in Guangdong,Guangxi and Jiangsu to conduct an empirical study and an intervention study.The empirical study used structural equation model to study the number of Mindfulness,Psychological resilience,Self-efficacy of emotional regulation and Life satisfaction according to theoretical model.According to the fitting,the mechanism of mindfulness on life satisfaction was explored.The quasi-experimental method was used to explore the effects of six-week MBSR on Mindfulness,Psychological resilience,Self-efficacy of emotional regulation and Life satisfaction.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.College students’ mindfulness has significant difference in grade;Psychological resilience has significant difference in gender,subject and grade;Self-efficacy of emotional regulation has significant difference in gender,subject and grade;Life satisfaction has significant difference in gender,place of origin and grade.2.There is a significant positively correlation between college students’ Mindfulness,Psychological resilience,Self-efficacy of emotional regulation and Life satisfaction.3.College students’ Mindfulness positively predicts life satisfaction.4.Psychological resilience partially mediates between College Students’ Mindfulness and life satisfaction,while Self-efficacy of emotional regulation partially mediates between College Students’ Mindfulness and Life satisfaction.5.Psychological resilience and Self-efficacy of emotional regulation mediate the relationship between College Students’ Mindfulness and Life satisfaction.6.MBSR is effectively in improving college students’ Mindfulness level,Self-efficacy of emotional regulation,Psychological resilience and Life satisfaction,and can be widely promoted.
