The American psychological association(2009)define the Resilience to the Resilience refers to the individual in the face of the various major stressors,such as adversity,trauma,disaster,threats,and family problems,health problems,work and economic problems,to be able to adapt to the good process.Choose properly psychological conselling for low level of the resilience of college students,not only can correct the adverse cognitive of stress and crisis,grasp the effective pressure regulation strategy,can affect the level of self-esteem,achievement motivation,optimism and self-efficacy,etc.,in the college students to form good resilience,healthy personality have a positive role.Integrated sandplay therapy from the perspective of Oriental culture,in jung analytical basis of psychology,and will actively consulting technology such as psychotherapy,family therapy,integrate the projective therapy.In the process of integrated sandplay therapy intervention,visitors will be unconscious world projected onto the sand,and then make more intuitive display of the inner world of the visitors to come out,at the same time of consultants in the auxiliary self-exploration,constantly stimulate the self-healing power,so as to achieve the purpose of cure.On the basis of previous theoretical studies,this study attempts to explore the psychological resilience of intervention by using integrated sandplay therapy.A general issue of 183 normal universities in dalian Connor-Dvidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),scale total score after 27% low group of 26 students as candidate participants,determine which 16 as the research subjects,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.In the intervention group,the experimental design scheme was used to integrate sandplay therapy intervention,and the control group did not do any intervention.This study on the overall level of college students' resilience and the brief analysis of the current level of each dimension,and through the integrated sandplay therapy before and after the intervention of the quantity,quality,and the analysis of the results,combined with dynamic sudoku analysis technology,proves that the integrated sandplay therapy in raising the applicability and effectiveness of college students' level of resilience.Research conclusions:(1)The level of mental toughness of college students is overall in the middle level,.(2)Integrative sandplay therapy is effective and applicable in improving the resilience of college students.
