The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the current situation anddevelopment of students’ psychological resilience, group counseling and the use of methodsto improve the resilience of undergraduates. In the current situation resilience collegeinvestigation stage, the use of fill in the questionnaire to collect the psychological status ofthe current students, in this way, the use of T-test and ANOVA status quo resilience visitscollege; in the intervention group stage, according to the psychological resilience factorquestionnaire contained design community intervention programs, and conducted under theguidance of cognitive intervention group cognitive behavioral theory, so as to enhanceresilience of undergraduates.The main conclusions of this study are:1,A better overall level of students’ psychological resilience, total average is higher than thetheoretical average.2,college students resilience exist in the professional type significant difference in studentson the ground no significant difference in the gender and single parents was not significant,but showed a significant difference in a single dimension. Where psychological science classstudents flexibility in the power dimension significant liberal arts students, male students inthe tough dimensions were significantly higher than female students, students in two-parentfamilies grow up tough dimension on single-parent families were significantly higher than thegrowth of college students.3,College Students’ Psychological intervention training can effectively enhance resiliencelevel of college students, but the effect of intervention on optimism dimension is notobvious.4,For the low level of resilience for students, college students’ psychological resilienceintervention training can significantly enhance their resilience levels.
