Human beings are a kind of gregarious animals,and we need to connect with others in all aspects of our lives.This connection is called interpersonal communication.Interpersonal communication is a complex communication activity,and it is also an essential activity in human life.As a student of this special group,in addition to the interpersonal relationship of the society,in specific space,interpersonal relationship is the relationship between every college students must face,and in the interpersonal relationship in the school,dormitory interpersonal relationship is a special,"the first second quarters of society,family of college students to the third class" role.According to the statistics.College students spend more than 80%of their time in the dormitory,so dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important foundation and important part of school interpersonal relationship.Meanwhile,dormitory interpersonal relationship also reflects the interpersonal communication mode of college students.The dormitory is an informal communicative occasion.It is a place for college students to rest and relax.In the absence of formal tense and shackles,college students tend to be free and relaxed in their dormitories.Therefore,the personality psychology of dormitory members can be fully expressed,personal behavior habits and personality characteristics are fully exposed,and students who are quite different in these areas may have contradictions and conflicts.There are many factors that cause this difference,and one of the important factors is the difference in the mental resilience of the college students.Resilience refers to the reaction state of psychology and behavior on the outside of the main changes in the environment,the state is not static.It is a kind of dynamic form,will change with the change of the environment at the same time,it will change with the change of dormitory interpersonal relationship.The questionnaire survey showed that there was a negative correlation between the level of dormitory interpersonal relationship and resilience level,that is to say,the higher the level of dormitory interpersonal relationship,the lower the level of resilience.This study is divided into three parts:First:To investigate and analyze the characteristics and the status quo of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship and mental resilience;second,explores the relationship of dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students and the resilience of both;third,improve the design of group psychology of college students dormitory interpersonal level,so as to improve the resilience level rise of College students.Study 1 and study two selected 400 students from a normal university as subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey and select 390 effective subjects.Study the use of three high and low points of dormitory interpersonal relationship of experimental group and control group experimental design,according to the survey results and the principle of voluntary registration,a total of 60 students,30 high score,low score of 30,and the experimental group and the control group with high group homogeneity,the experimental group and the control group also has low group homogeneity on this level,were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group,of which 30 were experimental group,control group 30,group counseling intervention for 8 times in the experimental group.The results of the study are as follows:A study showed that college students dormitory interpersonal relationship were significantly affected by gender and region;affected by the grade differences in communicative dimension;significantly influence the resilience of college students by gender;affected by grade differences in interpersonal dimension of emotional control peacekeeping assistance;significantly affected students and the only child in positive cognitive dimension assist in interpersonal dimension;Research two shows that the total score and the scores of all dimensions of College Students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship are negatively correlated with the total score of resilience and the scores of all dimensions.It shows that the interpersonal skills of College Students’ dormitories can predict their mental resilience.Research three shows that the intervention of developmental group counseling can significantly reduce the score of College Students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship in a short time,so as to further enhance the resilience score of college students.
