Research On Chinese Traditional Legal Culture Terms

The language carries the spirit connotation of the nation and the cultural connotation.The language itself is a kind of cultural phenomenon.Terms are the language of stereotypes,which is gradually accumulated in the long term development process.It is rich in content and short and simple,which embodies the characteristics of Chinese national culture.Terms of Chinese traditional legal culture,reflects the phenomenon of China's feudal period of the law,legal system,as well as the ancient people's legal thoughts,legal concept,reflected the Han nationality unique cultural view.Based on the terms of Chinese traditional legal culture as the research object,by the method of cultural linguistics,this paper induces its type,discussing Chinese traditional legal culture and the unique concept of Chinese traditional legal characteristics,and analyzing its rhetorical characteristics.
