At present,Thailand is entering the 4.0 era of the new-education-model reform,It will play the significant role of science and technology in the field of education,focusing on developing students of knowledge and skills in technology and the innovative application.iPad is also a kind of learning devices that has been used in various schools in Thailand recently,from kindergarten to university level.In addition,Chinese will become the world's common second language.Therefore,a growing number of educational institutions strives to create the applications for teaching Chinese in order to make learning Chinese more interesting,to improve students'passion in learning Chinese.In each academic year,University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce provides each freshmen with an iPad.The purpose is to cooperate with the university to use the digital hybrid learning system as a teaching model to strengthen student's proficiencies on the communication,the use of technology,the analytical thinking skills,the creativity and the team cooperation etc.These are essential skills to work in the Thailand 4.0 era.The provided iPad learning equipment that conforms to the university of a new teaching-model system.In addition,in order to facilitate student's learning,the teachers choose specialize the design of teaching and construction of the 700 extra courses on iTunesU,that is ranked as the top using material in the world.Using iPad on teaching can enhance the interaction between teachers and students,by focusing on the exchange of their views and analytical thinking,and enhance the teaching effectiveness and the cultivate excellent graduates.The university has been using the educational innovations for more than 10 years,and currently more than 20,000 students are using the iPad to learn in the different grades and courses.The participants of this study are all teachers and students of the Chinese major in University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.In this research,the author makes the Apple class of the teaching plans,the questionnaire for teachers and students edition,the interview outline for teachers and students,compare with the Apple class and the traditional class in Chinese two and Chinese three course grades between the Apple class and the traditional class.The results provide the advantages and problems of using the iPad for Chinese language teaching,making suggestions and opinions,and also improving the teaching method for the university.I hope that through this research will be able to deepen the understanding of the use of the iPad in Chinese teaching assistant.
