Intervention Research On Psychosocial Adaptation In Community Rehabilitation Of Patients With Mental Disorders

With the rapid development of society,the pressure from all aspects comes one after another,and the individual psychological endurance is limited,the number of people suffering from mental disorders is increasing.From the perspective of "whole person",based on the transfromation of medical model from biological-psychological to biological-psychological-social,the rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders is not only reflected in the pathological level and physiological health status,but also embodied in the two aspects of good mental health and social adaptation.In the rehabilitation pathway for patients with mental disorders,the pre-hospital treatment and later community-based rehabilitation are currently the most extensive and effective rehabilitation models.Therefore,for the community rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders,the importance of psychological and social factors in the rehabilitation of mental disorders is becoming more and more obvious.However,judging from the current situation of community rehabilitation,the patients with mental disorders mainly rely on the medical staff of community health service centers.Influenced by occupational concepts and identity factors,this group pays more attention to the physical health of patients with mental disorders,but not enough attention to mental health and social interactions,which leads to the poor community rehabilitation effect of most patients with mental disorders.For some families lacking rehabilitation skills,a series of family conflicts arise when community rehabilitation does not work well.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new subjects of community rehabilitation service to assist families with mental disorders to solve the current problems,improve their social adaptability,and improve the community rehabilitation effect of this group.In this article,the patients with mental disorders in a community in Shenzhen city were taken as the research object.The methods of interview,observation and secondary data analysis were used to obtain that the patients with mental disorders had incorrect disease cognition,low mood and poor adaptability to interpersonalcommunication in the community.For this reason,based on cognitive behavioral theory and narrative treatment methods,social workers have carried out a variety of services for clients,including changes in cognition,emotional counseling,family interaction,and social skills training.The research results show that after a series of social work services,the mental acceptance degree of patients with mental disorders has improved significantly in terms of disease acceptance,family relationships and community environmental adaptation.The level of psychosocial adaptation has also improved significantly,and there has been a substantial improvement in the effectiveness of community-based rehabilitation.
