| Objective: Observe and compare the differences in clinical effectiveness between the ordinary acupuncture group and the triple awn needles acupuncture group in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),so as to provide clinical observation basis for the clinical application of the triple awn needles acupuncture in the treatment of LDH,and verify the feasibility of promoting the application of this method in the community.Methods: Randomized controlled clinical study was conducted,a total of 60 patients with LDH who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(the triple awn needles acupuncture group)30 cases and the control group(the simple acupuncture group)30 cases.Acupuncture main point: the treatment group: Yaoyangguan?Shiqizhui?Huan Tiao points.The acupuncture method was the triple awn needles in this 3 points and in this 3 point left and right 0.5 inch place.The control group:shenshu?dachangshu?yaojiaji?ashi point?huantiao,chengfu?yinmen?chengshan points.The acupuncture method was conventional needling with ordinary stainless steel needles.The two groups selected matching points according to the same matching point principle.After acupuncture at all points in the two groups,the needles were kept for 20 min,local TDP irradiation,and the needles were rotated once every 10 min,3 times per week,teatment every Monday,Wednesday and Friday,rest on Saturday and Sunday,1 course of treatment for 2 weeks,continuous treatment for 2 courses of treatment.Comparison the score of Visual Analogus Scale(VAS)?the angle of Straight leg raising test(SLRT)?the score of improved Japanese Orthopaedic Association lower back pain score sheet(JOA)before treatment?2 weeks after treatment?4 weeks after treatment within and between groups,according to the?Therapeutic criteria for diagnosis of TCM?symptomscurative effect evaluation of curative effect evaluation standard of lumbar disc prolapse,in order to objectively evaluate curative effects between the two groups.Results: 1.Comparison of baseline data for equilibrium: The baseline data of age,gender distribution,heigh,weight,course of disease,VAS score before treatment,SLRT angle,JOA score and other comparison between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline data of the two groups were consistent.2.VAS score:(1)Comparison in the group:VAS scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The comparison of the VAS score between the two groups was treated for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the triple awn needles acupuncture group was lower than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.SLRT angle(1)Comparison in the group: SLRT angles of the two groups showed a increasing trend before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The comparison of the SLRT angle between the two groups was treated for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the triple awn needles acupuncture group was higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.JOA score:(1)Comparison in the group: JOA scores of the two groups showed a increasing trend before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: The comparison of the JOA score between the two groups was treated for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the triple awn needles acupuncture group was higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical curative effect: The total effective rate in this study was 86.7%,of which the effective rate in the triple awn needles acupuncture group was 93.3%,the effective rate in the ordinary acupuncture group was 80.0%,and the effective rate in the awn acupuncture group was 13.3% higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.The clinical effect of the triple awn needles acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the common acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conlusion: Both the triple awn needles acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group had significant therapeutic effects on LDH,which could improve the pain symptoms and dysfunction and improve the quality of daily life.However,compared with the triple awn needles acupuncture group,the curative effect was more obvious,which was worthy of clinical and community promotion and application. |
