Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Pain has always been one of the most direct human feelings for the disease, so the doctor and patient, how to alleviate and eliminate pain is often the primary purpose of treating disease. People use various methods to ancient times to relieve pain from a myriad of experiences found Stone with animal bones and other parts of the body can be stimulated to relieve pain, which is the earliest origins of acupuncture, so use acupuncture for pain to said to be very effect i ve and quick and easy way. Among the pa i n, arthralgia syndrome is one of the most common diseases, a good site to limb joints of the hands and feet tendon is most common, and when the pain occurs when the joints in these activities, it makes the patient because of fear of pain without activity, so vicious cycle, and joint pain associated with adverse events will occur with each other. The ma in purpose of this study is to observe the distance with acupuncture points, with Jin’s three-needle of shoulder with stabbed through the Tiaokao and Chengshan proximity with points, the role of pain in patients with Frozen shoulder joint extension unfavorable circumstances, to compare their cl inical effect and therapeutic mechanism alone under the expectation to find the best overall treatment effectiveness of therapy and treatment of this disease. Methods:The experimental study on the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the implementation of medical records from one year from March2013to March2014, and in acupuncture and patient wards and outpatient orthopedic cl inic, select met the inclusion the standards shall be collected from medical records of95cases were included in the study, the average pro rata distribution among the three groups, of which32cases were treated group (Jin’s three-needle of shoulder with Tiaokao and Chengshan group), and the other two control groups were32cases of control one group (Acupuncture of Jin’s three-needle of shoulder group) and31cases of the two control groups (Acupuncture of Tiaokao and Chengshan groups) Frozen diagnostic criteria based on application of "People’s Republic of China TCM industry standard" Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy standards "(ZY/T001.9-94)" and "State Administration of Traditional’ Eleventh Five-Year’ Collaborative Group key specialist shoulder diagnosis of peripheral inflammation indicators and outcome measures of shoulder coagulation disorders (periarthritis) treatment program" to most diagnosis. Two-day course of treatment once treatment five times for a course, need to experiment a total of two courses of treatment. Efficacy benchmarks mainly pain and activity-based, assessment method is adopted McGill Pain Questionnaire, daily activity assessment (ASES shoulder joint function evaluation form), Constant-Murley shoulder function evaluation method to do before and after therapy assessment data and basis. Results:The experimental study included a total of95cases of patients,42were male, female53cases. The sequence is divided into three groups compared with the control to do the effectiveness of treatment, frozen case patients qualified for inclusion in the analysis and comparison of baseline factors as gender, age, duration of disease and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification, which are on the difference was not statistically significance (P>0.05),sai d conditions at the base line between the two groups is consistent with comparable. In comparing the clinical treatment of the three groups after rank sum test, the result is H=11.34, P=0.021, difference in overall efficacy of its treatment of the three groups isa statisically signifi cant (P<0.05), which, in the experimental group than cure18.8%, effective ratio was46.9%, the effective ratio of25.0%, compared to9.4percent ineffective, the total effective than90.6%; cure than the control group was16.1%, effective ratio was29.1%compared to16.1%effective invalid ratio was38.7%, the total effective ratio was61.3%; cure than the control group was12.9%, effective ratio was35.5%, the effect i ve rat i o was22.6%compared to29.0%ineffective, the total effective ratio was70.9%. Also worth noting is that in the ASES shoulder function assessment found that the mere use of acupuncture to improve the situation through the Acupuncture of Tiaokao and Chengshan in assessing the differences are not significant in comparison comprehensive comparison with other data, it was found stabbed through the Acupuncture of Tiaokao and Chengshan Comparison of Acupuncture of Jin’s three-needle of shoulder in joint activities have a more significant effect, but in terms of pain relief is less effective Acupuncture of Jin’s three-needle of shoulder. Overall study shows that i n compar i ng the therapeutic effect of a combination of Jin’s three-needle of shoulder with Tiaokao and Chengshan group compared to the simple use of the shoulder or Jin’s three-needle stabbed through the Tiaokao and Chengshan of treatment, the pain and improve mobility in patients with shoulder inflammation around both Many relatively increased, it is to enhance the quality of frozen shoulder for the treatment of patients with improvement in thei r quality of life. Conclusion:Periarthritis in clinical diseases are common, especially for the more common acupuncture clinic, acupuncture treatment methods for the importance of this disease. Frozen shoulder symptoms often seriously affect the patient’s daily life and work, shoulder pain and adverse events are the main factors, but two aspects of one another vicious cycle. The results of experiments and preliminary research shows that distance i n the local co-ordination in the shoulder a combinat ion of Jin’s three-needle remote Acupuncture of Tiaokao and Chengshan of its therapeutic effect is more obvious compared to a single approach, whether in pain or various activities, this method is more effective pain relief with a favorable joint activities, so that the local meridian qi, to achieve improved blood circulation and metabolism of inflammatory substances, pain slows the joint activity will gradually increase, the increase in activity can enhance blood circulation and loosen adhesions and metabolism, these two aspects are virtuous circle each other, in order to be able to significantly improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
