Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of "Tiaoshen Tongluo" Acupuncture Combine With Fire Acupuncture On Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of "Tiaoshen Tongluo" acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and provide an effective clinical basis for acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture therapy to treat shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Method:This project intends to select 60 patients with stage ?-? of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome who were treated in the acupuncture ward of the Encephalopathy Acupuncture Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to February 2020 eligible cases.The included cases were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each according to the random number table.All included patients were given routine cerebrovascular disease and symptomatic treatment and secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease in accordance with the the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018.The patients in the control group were treated with “Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with common acupuncture(Janyu,Janliao,Jianzhen,Yangchi,Hegu,Baxie,Ashi)on the basis of conventional treatment;The patients in the treatment group were treated with fire acupuncture(Janyu,Janliao,Jianzhen,Yangchi,Hegu,Baxie,Ashi)on the basis of conventional treatment and “Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture.Continuous treatment for 2weeks.The upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer motion score(FMA),visual simulation score(VAS),and hand swelling scores were used to evaluate the observation of upper limb motor function,shoulder pain,hand swelling,before and after treatment in each group of patients.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:1.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group in terms of age,gender and course of disease was P <0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that the general data of the two groups were comparable.2.The upper limb simplified FMA score,VAS score,and hand swelling score werecompared between the two groups before treatment.all P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,The differences were not statistically significant,suggesting that the two groups are comparable.3.The FMA score,VAS score,and hand swelling score of the upper limbs of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared within the group,all P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that both treatment schemes have significant effects.4.The FMA score and VAS score were compared between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,both P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group had more significant curative effects;the score of the hand swelling after treatment in the two groups of patients Comparison between the groups,P >0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that the two groups have comparable effects.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients after treatment.The treatment group was cured in 8 cases,17 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94%.The control group was cured in 3 cases,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and were ineffective.In 5 cases,the total effective rate was 84%.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that “Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture has better clinical efficacy in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke compared with the control group.Conclusion:1.“Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture and “Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with common acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of shoulder pain and hand swelling in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and improve the affected upper limb movement Features.2.“Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with fire acupuncture for the treatment of hand swelling in shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke is equivalent to “Tunshen Tongluo”acupuncture combined with common acupuncture;“Tiaoshentongluo” acupuncture combinedwith fire acupuncture is significantly better than “Tiaoshen Tongluo” acupuncture combined with common acupuncture.
