Objectives:To compare the expression of SLE syndrome with blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to explore the objective basis of SLE syndrome differentiation. Methods: According to the classification criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)recommended by the American College of Rheumatology(ACR)in 1997,information on SLE patients admitted to Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to March 2019 was collected and selected.Patients with blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome diagnosis(80 cases in total)were selected as subjects. The records were included in the general patient data, including: name, gender, age, duration of disease, and the included patients were scored according to the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 SLEDAI scoring criteria. The researchers used the Videobiomicroscope VIDEOCAP version 3.0 to observe the hyperthyroidism microcirculation state within 1 mm of the first row of capillaries in the telecentric end of the patient’s right index finger. The observations included: general conditions(arrangement, number of tubes)),microvascular status(defective tube sputum ratio, tube diameter change, dome enlargement),micro blood flow state(red blood cell flow rate, red blood cell aggregation, white blood cell mass),periorbital state(dip hemorrhage, exudation,Inferior nipple venous plexus, nipple). Then use the computer connected to the sputum instrument to collect and process the patient’s hyperthyroidism picture, and perform image interpretation and integration according to the 94’ Shanghai simple diagnostic criteria. At the same time, the peripheral blood laboratory indicators included in the patient are included in the test,including:anti-double-stranded DNA antibody(ds-DNA),anti-nuclear antibody(ANA),blood routine,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),liver Renal function, immunoglobulin G(Ig G),immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin M(Ig M),complement C3(C3),complement C4(C4),lymphocyte surface molecule CD3+(CD3+),lymphocytes Surface molecule CD4+(CD4+),lymphocyte surface molecule CD8+(CD8+).The data were collected and collated, and the differences between the blood stasis syndrome and the non-blood stasis syndrome type SLE patients in the hyperthyroidism microcirculation state and related laboratory examinations were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.General situation:(1)The difference in the course of blood between SLE patients with blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the duration of SLE patients with blood stasis syndrome was longer.(2)There was no significant difference in gender and age between blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome(P>0.05).2.Hyperthyroidism microcirculation:(1)There was a statistically significant difference in the total score of hyperthyroidism between SLE patients with blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).The total score of hyperthyroidism was lower in patients with SLE.(2)There was a statistically significant difference between the blood vessels and non-blood stasis SLE patients in the microvascular state(the proportion of deformity tube, tube diameter, and dome enlargement)(P<0.05).Blood stasis syndrome SLE patients have a larger proportion of total malformation, larger changes in diameter, and more expansion of the dome.(3)There was a statistically significant difference in blood flow status(erythrocyte flow rate, red blood cell aggregation)between SLE patients with blood stasis and non-blood stasis(P<0.01).The blood flow rate of red blood cells in patients with SLE is slower, and the phenomenon of red blood cell aggregation is more obvious.(4)Blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome in patients with SLE in general(arrangement, number of ducts),micro-blood flow state(white blood cell mass),periorbital state(dip hemorrhage, exudation, nipple venous plexus,The difference in nipples was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Laboratory indicators:(1)There were significant differences in disease activity index(ds DNA)and ANA between blood stasis and non-blood stasis syndrome patients(P<0.05).Blood stasis syndrome patients with SLE have higher ds DNA and higher ANA titers.(2)Blood stasis and non-blood stasis SLE patients in disease activity indicators(SLEDAI,C3,C4),CRP,ESR,There were no significant differences in blood routine, liver and kidney function, immunoglobulin(Ig G,Ig A,Ig M),lymphocyte surface factors(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)The course of blood stasis syndrome SLE patients is longer than that ofnon-blood stasis syndrome patients. And "long illness must be" Traditional Chinese medicine theory is consistent.(2)blood stasis syndrome in patients with SLE in the microvascular state of the hyperthyroidism(abnormal tube sputum ratio, tube diameter change, dome expansion Larger than the non-blood stasis SLE patients have a high proportion of changes, suggesting blood stasis syndrome SLE hyperthyroidism The vascular status problem is more serious.(3)Blood stasis syndrome SLE patients in the hyperthyroidism microvascularstate(erythrocyte flow rate, red blood cell aggregation)The proportion of patients with SLE is higher than that of non-blood stasis syndrome, and there is a significant difference, suggesting blood stasis syndrome SLE.The patient’s hyperthyroidism is more serious.(4)Hyperthyroidism microcirculation, especially microvascular, micro blood flow indicators can be used as blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome Observing and dialectical basis.(5)ANA,anti-ds DNA antibodies,anti-Sm antibodies are related to the syndrome differentiation of blood stasis syndrome.
