The Research On The Relationship Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Eye-Signs Of Blood Stasis Syndrome And Prethrombotic State

Objective:To study on the feature on the bulbar conjunctiva microvascular of systemic lupus erythematosus blood stasis syndrome(BBS) and the relation of eye-signs and prethrombotic state.Methods : According to established diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus by the American College of Rheumatology in 1982 in association with diagnostic criteria of BSS in Guangzhou conference, patients were divided into SLE BSS group, SLE non-blood stasis syndrome group and non-SLE non-blood stasis syndrome group.Photograph of bulbar conjunctiva of patients was shoot,and eighteen hemorheological indexes were detected. Diagnosis score(including symptoms score and hemorheological score),anticardiolipin antibodies and eye-signs score of BSS in different groups were statistically processedResults:(1)There were no difference significant in sex among the three groups (P>0.05), SLE BSS group was older than SLE non-blood stasis syndrome group and non-SLE non-blood stasis syndrome group (P<0.05). ( 2) There were difference significant in diagnosis score,eye-signs score of BSS,symptoms score and anticardiolipin antibodies among the three groups (P<0.05), SLE BSS group compared with non-SLE non-blood stasis syndrome group, There was difference significant in hemorheological score (P<0.05). (3) There were difference significant in the determination items of eye-signs between the three groups,such as reticular malformation, twist , augmentation and hemangioma of the bulbar conjunctiva microvascular among the three groups (P<0.05).However fresh hemorrhage, wound spots, remote hemorrhage, vascular hue, skin hue were no obvious difference significant among the three groups (P> 0.05). (4)SLE diagnosis score, anticardiolipin antibodies are intensively related to eye-signs score of, reticular malformation, twist and augmentation. (5) Hemangioma, reticular malformation, twist and augmentation of the bulbar conjunctiva microvascular related closely to high whole blood viscosity.Conclusion:SLE prethrombotic state exists, hemangioma, twist, augmentation and reticular malformation of the bulbar conjunctiva microvascular could be regard as diagnostic indexes. Abnormal blood rheology and microcirculatory disturbance was one of the patologia bazo. SLE bulbar conjunctiva microvascular related closely to blood hyperviscosity syndrome(BHVS) and prethrombotic state.
