Objective:To explore the immunological basis of blood stasis syndrome of systemic lupus erythematosus, analysing the relativities of blood stasis syndrome and the clinical data, such as properdin B factor in the peripheral blood, complement3, complement4, anti-cardiolipin antibodies and circulating immune complexes, and culminately to provide a reference for the syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods:According to ACR classification criteria for SLE and the2002version of "clinical research guidelines for Chinese medicine" for the syndrome differentiation of blood stasis, seventy patients were enrolled into the trial, of which8male,62female. The major outcome variables were properdin B factor in the peripheral blood, complement3, complement4, anti-cardiolipin antibodies and circulating immune complexes. The scores of the blood stasis syndrome and SLE disease activity index were collected. SPSS21.0statistical software was used for data processing to evaluate the the relativities of blood stasis syndrome and the clinical data. Calculate the correlation coefficient, and P<0.05was considered to be statistically significant.Results:①The score of blood stasis syndrome in the patients with a duration≤12months was less than that in the patients with a duration from12months to36months (P<0.05), the same as that with a duration>36months.②The score of blood stasis syndrome had no linear correlation with PFB (P>0.05).③The score of blood stasis syndrome had negative linear correlation with complement3and complement4(P <0.05).④The score of blood stasis syndrome had positive linear correlation with ACA and CIC (P<0.05).⑤The score of blood stasis syndrome had positive linear correlation with SLEDAI score (P<0.05).⑥complement3, or complement4had positive linear correlation with PFB (P<0.05).⑦CIC had no linear correlation with the ACA and PFB (P>0.05).Conclusion:①The score of blood stasis syndrome in the patients with SLE has correlation with the immunological parameters, such as the complement3, complement4, CIC and ACA, the duration, and the disease activity.②It is indicated that the immunological parameters (complement3, complement4, CIC and ACA), the disease duration and the disease activity may take part in the pathologenesis and development of the blood stasis in SLE.③The immunological parameters (complement3, complement4, CIC, ACA), together with the disease duration and activity, can be used as a reference indicator for the syndrome differentiation of blood stasis.④The blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of SLE, suggesting that the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of blood stasis is essential in the clinical practice.
