Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Follicular Dysplasia Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation With Acupoint Application And Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the difference in the clinical efficacy of "acupoint application" combined with traditional Chinese medicine "Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction" to treat follicular maldevelopment of " kidney-deficiency and liverstagnation " and provide evidence for clinical research.Method:A case-control study was conducted in which 68 patients with follicular dysplasia of the kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation type,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(34 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group(34 cases).The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction,and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group was treated with acupoint application combined with Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction.By comparing the dominant follicle ovulation rate,improvement rate of follicular dysplasia,sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2,PRL,T),clinical TCM syndrome,basal body temperature(BBT),uterus and ovarian blood flow resistance and pregnancy rate outcomes before and after treatment,and the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction on patients with follicular dysplasia of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation was evaluated.Results: Patient general status: The patient was completed in 67 cases,1 case of patients with detachment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group was allergic to patch tape.The age consisted of 25-40 years old,the course of disease was 1-100 months.The follicular condition was divided into 38 cases of small follicle ovulation and 29 cases of follicle anovulation.There was no significant difference after the statistics(P>0.05),which was comparable.Pregnancy rate comparison: The pregnancy rate showed that the pregnancy rate of the acupoint application combination with traditional Chinese medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine group was 24.24% VS 5.88%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of the superior follicle ovulation rate and the improvement rate of follicular dysplasia showed that the superior follicle ovulation rate and the improvement rate of follicular dysplasia after treatment were 60.6% VS 35.3%,54.5% VS 29.4%,statistically significant(P<0.05);The small follicle ovulation and follicular anovulation after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group were better than the tranditional Chinese medicine group,no statistical difference(P>0.05);the comparison of the follicular cycle of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group showed: Small follicle ovulation during the cycle was more than the single-use traditional Chinese medicine group,the follicle anovulation was less than the single-use traditional Chinese medicine group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05);The comparison of uterine and ovarian arterial blood flow resistance: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).and There was no significant difference in LH,FSH,E2,PRL and T(P>0.05);The results of TCM syndrome evaluation showed that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there was a statistically significant difference in the intra-group between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupoint application combined with Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction can increase the rate of ovulation of dominant follicles,improve the pregnancy rate;can also improve clinical symptoms of renal deficiency and liver stagnation in patients with follicular dysplasia.In the observation of ovarian and ovarian arterial blood flow resistance and serum sex hormones in patients with follicular dysplasia are not obvious 2.Acupoint application combined with Jiawei Yangjingzhongyu decoction.can improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,it can shorten the time of Chinese medicine effect and has less adverse reactions and safety.
