The Observation Of Efficacy Of Jiawei Daotan Decoction And Acupoint Application In Treating Phlegm-stasis Cementation Syndrome Type Of AECOPD

Objective:the paper aims to study 101 patients with Phlegm stasis Cementation Syndrome Type of AECOPD treated with Jiawei Daotan decoction and acupoint application and to observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine before and after the treatment to assess its safety,which will provide some medical proof to explore the Chinese medicine treatment in Phlegm-stasis Cementation Syndrome Type of AECOPD.Method: 108 patients who met the admission standard to geriatrics in the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunan Province was selected from December 2018 to December 2019.In the process of study,7 patients left and 101 patients were finalized,The control group was treated with western medicine anti-infection and other conventional treatment.Treating group 1 was treated with Jiawei Daotan decoction plus the treatment as the control group.Treating group 2 was treated with Jiawei Daotan decoction and acupoint application plus the treatment as the control group.The course of treatment in 3 groups all last 14 days.Before and after the treatment,safety indexes in 3 groups of patient were tested,including complete blood count,Hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein,Pulmonary Function,Procalciton(PCT)and so on.Result:1.After the study,the major symptoms score,the secondary symptom score and TCM syndrome integral in all 3 groups of patients decreased obviously compared to those before the treatment,whose differ-ence showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total TCM syndromes of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those of the 1 group and the control group,while the scores of main symptoms and TCM syndromes of the1 group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).2.After the study,WBC?GRA?Hs-CRP and PCT in all 3 groups of patients decreased obviously compared to those before the treatment,whose difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,hs-crp and PCT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group and the control group(all P<0.05).The level of 2GRA in the treatment group was not statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P>0.05),but was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After the study,The PaCO2 of the three groups was significantly lower than that befor treatment(P<0.05),and the Pa O2 of the three groups was obvious rise than that befor treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of Pa CO2 showed no significant difference in all three groups(P>0.05).Pa CO2 in the treating group 2 and the treating group 1 showed significant difference4.After the study,the total effective rate in the treating group 2 was 94.12%,which was better that in both the treating group 1(91.18%)and the control group(78.79%).TCM symptom effect in the treating group 1 was better than the control group.Conclusion: On the basis of western medicine resistance to infection and other symptomatic treatment,cooperate with flavored guide phlegm decoction with acupoint sticking therapy AECOPD patients(phlegm stasis mutual junction),for patients with clinical symptoms and signs were obviously improved,improve the oxygen,reduce infection and so on are better than western medicine routine treatment with flavored guide phlegm decoction and western medicine treatment effect is more obvious,The mechanism of action may be related to the prescription and some traditional Chinese medicine in acupoint application and the stimulation of acupoint absorption,to a certain extent,inhibiting inflammatory factors,removing phlegm,diluting phlegm,and improving airway ventilation.Meanwhile,in the process of this study,not any patients showed adverse reaction to the medicine and acupoint application.
