Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Follicular Dysplasia Of Shenyin Deficiency Type With Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Ziyin Yujing

Objective:By analyzing the pregnancy of 107 patients with follicular dysplasia treated with Zishen Yujing Formula,the effects of age,course of disease,menstrual cycle,regular medication and other factors on pregnancy were discussed.Methods:143 patients with follicular dysplasia diagnosed clearly from January 2017 to December 2018 were reviewed.All patients were treated with Zishen Yujing recipe orally.Through telephone follow-up and secondment of electronic out-patient cases to investigate the pregnancy results after oral Chinese medicine,course of disease,menstrual cycle,whether regular medication,pregnancy were statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 107 patients,48 cases(43.93%)were in the age range of 25 years and 30 years,and only 5 cases were over 40 years old.There was no difference in age,course of disease and menstrual cycle between pregnant patients and non-pregnant patients,but the course of treatment between the two groups was different and statistically significant.Among 107 patients,72 patients were regularly given traditional Chinese medicine,35 patients did not take traditional Chinese medicine regularly,and 13 patients were pregnant successfully.?~2=5.727,P=0.334>0.05,no difference,no statistical significance.Among the 41 patients with meritorious pregnancy,the treatment time was?1,and the number of pregnancies less than2 months was the most(13 cases),accounting for 30.95%of the total number of pregnancies.Conclusion:The number of patients aged 25-30 years is the largest and the pregnancy rate is the highest.It may be suggested that Zishen Yujing recipe has a certain effect on the pregnancy rate of patients with follicular dysplasia.The course of infertility over 35 years old was longer than that between 25 and 30 years old.There was no significant difference in the final pregnancy of the patients with follicular dysplasia.Among the 41 cases of successful pregnancy,the treatment time was?1,and the number of pregnancies less than 2 months gestation was the most,and there was no significant difference in the final pregnancy of the patients with follicular dysplasia.The results showed that the pregnancy ratio of follicular dysplasia patients with at least one period of regular oral administration was higher than that of patients with less than one menstrual cycle.
