Objective:This study used visceral acupoint massage to treat children with tic disorders(Yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome),and compared with chinese patent medicine Xiao Er Zhi Li Tang Jiang in the treatment of children with tic disorders(Yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome)as a control. It was different about curative effect between the above two methods with observeing and comparing in order to explore the effectiveness and safety of the visceral acupoint massage. The study explored a pediatric clinical treatment for the disease that seeks a green, safe and effective treatment with minimal side effects,at the same time, find a reliable clinical tool with chinese characteristics.Methods:Randomized,parallel-controlled methods were used to divide 60 children with tic disorders from March 2019 to November 2019 into two groups,30 in each group. The treatment group was treated with visceral acupoint massage treatment. The control group was treated with Xiao Er Zhi Li Tang Jiang. The treatment period for the treatment group was 10 days for 1 course.it was treated for 2 courses.Observe and record the main symptom indexes before and after treatment in the two groups of Yale Global Tie Severity Scale Changes and injury history were statistically analyzed with SPSS21 and the differences in efficacy between the two groups were compared.Result:1 Comparison of baseline data: There was no statistically significant difference in Sex,Age,time distribution,Course of disease, the lesion degree,Yale Global Tie Severity Scale scores,TCM syndrome scores,TCM symptom before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and of course, they were clinically comparable.According to the analysis of the data, most of the children were 3 ? 6 years old,and moderate to moderate children were the most common. It was much higher in boys than in girls about the incidence of moderate disease. The usual course of illness in children was more common in 6 months.2 Comparison of the effect of Yale Global Tie Severity Scale: The apparent rate of thetreatment group was 90.0% and the apparent rate of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.3 Comparison of Yale Global Tie Severity Scale scores: Before and after treatment, the total scores of the treatment group had significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment were significantly decreased;at the same time, the total scores of the control group before and after treatment had significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment were significantly decreased. In total scores after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The apparent rate of the male students were more obvious than that of the female students in the treatment group. The apparent rate of the female students were more obvious than that of the male students in the control group,4 Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Before and after treatment, the total scores of the treatment group had significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment were significantly decreased;at the same time, the total scores of the control group before and after treatment had significant differences(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment were significantly decreased. In total scores after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5 Comparison of TCM syndrome : after treatment,The apparent rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the TCM syndrome after treatment were significantly decreased. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6 Comparison of long-term efficacy: The apparent rate was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).7 Safety evaluation: During and after treatment,no adverse reactions were found in both groups.Itwas safe in the Clinical treatmentConclusion:1 The two treatment methods had higher clinical curative effect on the treatment of children with tic disorders(Yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome). In contrast, the apparent rate and long-term curative effect ofvisceral acupoint massage treatment in children with tic disorders were better than that of drug therapy.2 In improving TCM syndrome, the treatment group was better than the control group.3 The use of both groups in the treatment of children with tic disorders(Yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome)was safe.
