Purpose: Based on the clinical observation of ziyin pingdong decoction in the treatment of children's twitch disorder(Yin deficiency syndrome of wind movement),this paper will evaluate the efficacy of ziyin pingdong decoction in the treatment of children's twitch disorder(Yin deficiency syndrome of wind movement),and make an objective and scientific evaluation of it,so as to finally provide an effective treatment scheme for the clinic.Method: The clinical effect of ziyin pingdong decoction on the treatment of 60 children with Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome(Yin deficiency syndrome of wind movement)was evaluated by observing and summarizing the clinical symptoms and signs before and after medication for 60 days.Results: According to the curative effect criteria,clinical control was performed in 10 cases,significant effect in 30 cases,effective in 18 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 96.6%.According to the statistical results,the Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS)score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment showed significant differences.It shows that ziyin pingdong decoction can effectively treat children's twitch disorder(Yin deficiency syndrome of wind movement).Conclusion: Ziyin pingdong decoction is effective in treating children's convulsion disorder(Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome),safe and reliable in clinical application,without adverse reactions and side effects.Therefore,it is worth further research and promotion to provide a new treatment scheme and treatment idea for children's twitch disorder(Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome).
