Research On Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Crohn's Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:With the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5),this paper sorts out and analyzes the medication rules of modern physicians in treating Crohn's disease with traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Crohn's disease,so as to provide reference for future clinical work and Crohn's TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme.Methods:Searching the literatures about Crohn's disease treated by Chinese medicine in recent 20 years,screening out the literatures that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracting prescriptions,establishing a database,and entering them into the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5).Using the methods of frequency,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,etc.,the high-frequency drugs,the channel tropism,the combination of drug pairs,the rules of prescription were analyzed,and the potential new prescriptions were excavated.Results:In this study,a total of 152 prescriptions were obtained,involving220 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2020.The 15 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Poria cocos,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Codonopsis,Coptis,astragalus,Aucklandia,coix seed,angelica,tangerine peel,yam,Scutellaria,corydalis,Atractylodes lancea.According to the statistics of the four Qi of traditional Chinese medicine,it is mainly warm(40%),cold(28%)and flat(24%),while the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly sweet(33%),bitter(32%)and pungent(25%),and the meridian tropism is spleen tropism(23%),stomach tropism(16%),lung tropism(12%)and liver tropism(12%).Through the analysis of the correlation degree of drug combination,the core prescription of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria cocos and Glycyrrhiza uralensis,combined with dangshen,tangerine peel,Coptis,Aucklandia,astragalus,coix seed,Radix Paeoniae Alba and yam.It is concluded that the combination of Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos,Radix Aucklandiae and Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aucklandiae are high-frequency drug pairs with clinical significance.22 potential drug combinations and 11 candidate drug teams were extracted by complex system entropy clustering method.Conclusions:The pathogenesis of Crohn's disease is the weakness of spleen and stomach,which always belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of essence and excess of reality.The main treatment is "strengthening the body and strengthening the foundation",benefiting qi,strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach,and paying attention to regulating qi activity.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,high-frequency drug pairs,potential traditional Chinese medicine combinations and new prescriptions can be used in clinic,and can be used as reference by clinicians on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
