| Objectives: Through data mining of relevant literature on TCM treatment of acne,summarize the rules of TCM treatment of acne,explore effective drugs for acne treatment,in order to improve the clinical efficacy.Materials and Methods: An advanced search was performed on the database website of CNKI,with the subject of "acne" or "acne",and the journal literature containing the full text of "Chinese medicine" and "clinical observation" was included.Through inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,Three times of retrieval were carried out,and the literatures that met the standard requirements were selected.Microsoft Excel statistical software was used for data sorting and statistics,and tables were made.The "TCM Inheritance Assist Platform V2.5" was used for analysis,the tendency of medication was found and new prescriptions were obtained,and the medication rules of oral Chinese medicine for acne treatment were summarized.Results:1.A total of 147 articles meeting the requirements were selected in this study,and a total of184 kinds of drugs were used for 1685 times,among which the most frequently used drugs were licorice,Radix Scutellariae,Forsythia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Tuckaea,Cortex Moutan,Honeysuckle,Radix Rehmanniae Rhizoma,Gardenia Fructus,and Gleditsia acanthum.Rank in the study of treatment of acne medicine according to the function classification of heat of poison(252)respectively,mend angry medicine(154),drugs(148)and dry heat cold blood(143),promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs(130),heat diarrhea powder(114),the water decongestant(98 times),cough antiasthmatic(69),warms cold phlegm drugs(67 times),blood tonic drugs(63 times).2.In the study,the drugs used to treat acne were mainly bitter,sweet and acrid.The frequency of bitter drugs was 994 times,accounting for 40.21%,the frequency of sweet drugs was 746 times,accounting for 30.18% and the frequency of acrid drugs was 574 times,accounting for23.22%.3.In this study,the drugs used to treat acne were mainly cold and warm according to their properties.The frequency of cold drugs was 997 times(59.20%),and the frequency of warm drugs was 371 times(22.03%).4.In the study,according to the classification of acne drugs by meridians,the frequency of lung meridians was 776 times,accounting for 16.37%,ranking the first;the frequency of liver meridians was 709 times,accounting for 14.96%,ranking the second;the frequency of stomach meridians was 701 times,accounting for 14.79%,ranking the third;the frequency of heart meridians was 669 times.The frequency of splenic meridian was 14.12%,and the frequency of splenic meridian was 635 times,accounting for 13.40%.5.In the study,the main syndromes of acne were lung heat through wind,gastrointestinal damp-heat,and lung and stomach heat.The frequency of lung wind-heat syndrome was 21 times,accounting for 17.07%;the frequency of gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome was 14 times,accounting for 11.38%;the frequency of lung and stomach heat excessive syndrome was 13 times,accounting for 10.57%.The high frequency drugs of lung heat syndrome by wind were: licorice,Radix Scutellariae and Mulberry.The high frequency drugs of gastrointestinal dampness-heat syndrome are: Agrocyrrhiza sinensis,Licorice and Radix Scutellariae.The high frequency drugs for lung and stomach heat syndrome are: Scutellaria baicalensis,honeysuckle and mulberry white bark.6.The most commonly used drug combinations are Radix Scutellariae and Licorice,Radix Scutellariae and Forsythia,Radix Scutellariae and Licorice,Radix Salvia and Licorice,Radix Scutellariae and Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Radix Licorice and Poria,Radix Scutellariae and Honeysuckle,Radix Scutellariae and Rehmannia Rehmanniae,Radix Lonicerae and Licorice,Radix Lonicerae and Forsythia.7.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,12 core combinations and 6 new formulae were obtained.New formula 1: Schizonepeta,Radix Radix,Radix Platycodonis,Radix Angelicae Angelica,Radix Trichosanthin.New recipe 2: white peony root,angelica sinensis,chuanxiong,bupleurum,mint.New square 3: Ophiopogon,mulberry leaf,Dendrobium,Bamboo.New recipe 4: Chinese yam,Ligustri fruit,ink drought lotus,motherwort.New square 5: white snake’s tongue,hawthorn,salvia miltiorrhiza,honeysuckle,wild chrysanthemum,dandelion,purple flower dandelions.New recipe 6: black bean,cicada slough,black bean,mung bean.Conclusion:1.High-frequency drugs for the treatment of acne are licorice,Radix Scutellariae,Forsythia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria,Peony bark,Honeysuckle,Rehmannia glutinosa,Gardenia and Gleditsia acanthum.2.In the treatment of acne commonly used drugs,the taste is bitter,sweet and pungent,the medicinal properties are mainly cold and warm,and the meridians of lung,liver,stomach,heart and spleen are mainly.The main syndromes were lung wind heat syndrome,gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome and lung and stomach heat syndrome.The main syndromes were lung wind heat syndrome,gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome and lung and stomach heat syndrome.The high frequency drugs of lung heat syndrome by wind were:licorice,Radix Scutellariae and Mulberry.The high frequency drugs of gastrointestinal dampness-heat syndrome are: Agrocyrrhiza sinensis,Licorice and Radix Scutellariae.The high frequency drugs for lung and stomach heat syndrome are: Scutellaria baicalensis,honeysuckle and mulberry white bark.3.The common drug pair is mainly the compatibility between antipyretic drugs.4.The new formula obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis is mainly treated by dispelling wind and clearing heat,relieving depression of liver,nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,replenishing qi and Yin,clearing heat and detoxification.5.There are differences and correlations between the new prescription and traditional prescriptions.For example,there are certain overlaps between the new prescription 1 and Jingfangjiedu decoction,the new prescription 2 and Xiaoyao powder,the new prescription 3and Shashen Maidong decoction,the new prescription 4 and Erzhi pill,the new prescription 5and Wuwei disinfection powder,and the new prescription 6 and Bian Que Sandou Yin.The new prescription is consistent with the syndrome type of acne overall,and its medication is more simplified compared with the old prescription. |
