Study On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Pre-Diabetes Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Through combing,inducing and summarizing the effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for pre-diabetes in modern literatures,the paper further excavates and discusses the commonly used drugs,property,flavor and meridian tropism,the law of compatibility of medicines in prescriptions and potential new prescriptions of modern physicians in the treatment of pre-diabetes,so as to provide some guidance for the treatment of pre-diabetes by traditional Chinese medicine in the future and lay a foundation for the research and development of new drugs.Methods:1.Collect the literatures that meet the inclusion criteria of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Superstar journal database in the past 20 years,and use Excel 2016,the effective prescriptions were preliminarily sorted out,drug specifications were formulated,and the database was established.2.Data mining algorithms such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,entropy cluster analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)were used to analyze the input standardized data in turn,such as drug frequency,four properties,five flavors,meridian tropism,drug composition rule,and potential new prescriptions and so on.3.The data results were displayed in a stereoscopic and intuitive way by using charts,and the medication rules were summarized by analyzing and discussing the results.Results:1.In this study,352 effective prescriptions of Chinese medicine for pre-diabetes were screened,involving 213 drugs.2.The most frequently used 10 drugs are Astragalus Root,Poria,Coptis Root,Chinese Yam,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Atractylodes Rhizoma,Radix Puerariae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Rehmanniae,Pinellia Tuber.3.The most commonly used drugs are tonics for deficiency syndromes(especially invigorating Qi drugs and Yin tonics),followed by the heat-clearing drugs,dampdraining diuretic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,relieving exterior syndromes drugs,damp-resolving drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs,digestant drugs and astringent drugs.4.The four properties are mainly cold,warm and flat,while the five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and spicy.Spleen meridian is the main meridian for meridian tropism,followed by lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.5.Based on association rules,we can obtain some common drug pairs or drug combinations,there are Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Poria,Astragalus Root and Chinese Yam,Astragalus Root and Poria,Radix Puerariae and Astragalus Root and so on.It can be seen from the network diagram that it is mainly based on the addition and decrease of Liujunzi decoction and liuwei dihuang pill.The core drugs are Astragalus Root,Poria,Chinese Yam,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Puerariae,Coptis Root,Atractylodes Rhizoma,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.6.Based on entropy clustering,there are 16 groups of potential core combination based on entropy cluster,and there are 8 new formulas,among which 6 are of relatively high available value,they are new prescription 1(Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chinese Angelica Root,Bupleurum Root,Peach Kernel,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Safflower),new prescription 2(Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Trichosanthis,Radix Scrophulariae,Lotus Leaf),new prescription 3(Fructus Forsythiae,Agastache,Talc,Round Cardamon Seed,Bamboo Leaves),new prescription 4(Astragalus Root,Radix Puerariae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Fructus Gardenia),new prescription 6(Chuanxiong Rhizome,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Safflower,Medicated Leaven,Rhizoma Cyperi,Fructus Gardenia)and new prescription 8(Dogwood Fruit,Rhizoma Alismatis,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Dwarf Lilyturf,Schisandra Fruit,Wolfberry Fruit).Conclusion:1.When using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre-diabetes,modern physicians have generally grasped the principles of strengthening the healthy Qi and removing pathogens,applying both attack and supplement,and using both cold and warm drugs,which are widely used.2.The disease location focuses on spleen(stomach),liver and kidney,especially spleen.3.The treatment is mainly to invigorate Qi and invigorate the spleen,nourish Yin and promote body fluid,and also to clear heat,remove dampness,activate blood,resolve phlegm,regulate Qi,promote digestion and so on.4.The drugs are mainly used to tonics for deficiency syndromes(especially invigorating Qi drugs and Yin tonics),heat-clearing drugs,damp-draining diuretic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and so on,among which Astragalus Root,Poria,Chinese Yam,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Puerariae,Coptis Root,Atractylodes Rhizoma,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae are not only highfrequency drugs,but also the core drugs of compatibility,which provide some guidance for clinical practice.5.The new prescriptions provide new ideas for the treatment of pre-diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.It can be applied in clinical according to the syndrome differentiation and classification of the disease,and its effectiveness needs to be further verified.
