| Objective:To study the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian cyst in modern literature,and to provide a certain reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:The literatures related to the treatment of ovarian cysts with traditional Chinese medicine collected from CNKI,Wanfang Academic Journals Full-text Database and VIP from January 2000 to January 2020 were retrieved.The literature was selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the information of relevant prescriptions and drugs was extracted and input into Excel 2013 to establish a database.The syndrome type,drug category,drug use frequency and sexual taste variation were respectively counted,and cluster analysis and association rule analysis were conducted for high-frequency drugs.Results:From 1311 literatures retrieved,124 articles were screened out,and 124 prescriptions were included,involving 170 flavors of drugs,which were divided into 16 categories according to efficacy,with a total frequency of 1500 times.The top 5 syndromes were qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(60times),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(42 times),phlegm and dampness internal obstruction syndrome(31 times),stasis cell palace syndrome(17times),and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome(13 times).The top10 traditional Chinese medicines in the list of use frequency were zedoary turmeric(69 times),trichoderm(61 times),peach kernel(61 times),red peony root(58 times),poria cocos(58 times),angelica sinensis(51 times),pangolin(42 times),licorice(41 times),salviae miltiorrhiza(40 times)and cassia twiggy(38 times).The top 6 categories of drugs in frequency of use were drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(450 times),drugs for tonifying deficiency(246 times),drugs for clearing heat(227 times),drugs for reducing phlegm and relieving cough and antiasthmatic(148 times),drugs for promoting water and moistening dampness(114 times),and drugs for regulating qi(106 times).There were 44 TCM herbs with medication frequency ≥ 10 times.The top2 medicines were cold(20 times)and warm(14 times),respectively.The top 3medicines were bitter(24 times),actyl(20 times)and sweet(15 times).The top3 frequencies of drug channelization were liver(31 times),spleen(16 times)and stomach(13 times).Cluster analysis was carried out on high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,and 6 groups of core drug combinations were obtained.Thirty-seven drug pair and drug group association rules were obtained by association rule analysis.Conclusion:1.The common evidences of TCM treatment of ovarian cyst include qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm dampness internal obstruction syndrome,blood stasis cell palace syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.2.Drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,drugs to replenish deficiency,drugs to clear heat,phlegm,cough and antiasthmatic drugs,medicines to moisten water and regulate qi are commonly used in the treatment of ovarian cysts.3.Rhizoma Zedoary,three prickles,peach kernel,red peony root,poria cocos,angelica,pangolin,licorice root,salviae miltiorrhiza,cassia twiggy,astragalus membranaceus,seaweed,prunella prununculata,rhizome rhizome,fritillaria thunbergii,Ligusticum chuanxiong,peony bark,Bupleurum bupleurum,oyster,white peony root,turtle shell,coix seed,acanthum saponiana thorn,rhizoma atractylodes as the treatment of ovarian cyst high frequency core drugs.4.Cold and warm;Bitter,bitter,sweet;Liver,spleen,stomach for the treatment of ovarian cyst main taste,meridian.5.Cluster analysis obtained 6 groups of core drug combinations.6.Thirty-seven drug pairs and drug groups were obtained through association rule analysis. |
