| Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of the Drgon-Tiger fighting acupuncture treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,the advantages of the Drgon-Tiger fighting acupuncture treatment for pain syndrome are analyzed and discussed in order to provide simple and effective ideas and methods for clinical treatment of related diseases,better Promotion and application.Methods:Including 60 patients who were diagnosed with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The time was selected from2019/06 to 2020/01.A random number table was generated by EXCEL and divided into conventional acupuncture group(control group)and Drgon-Tiger fighting needle group(treatment group).The two groups had the same number.Choose both sides of Shenshu,Dachangshu,Yaoyangguan,Mingmen,Weizhong,unilateral Ashi acupoints,a total of 6acupoints,treated once a day,5 days of rest can be rested for 2 days,14 d is 1 Course of treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the scores of VAS and M-JOA scores before treatment,1 course,2 courses and follow-up of the two groups.SPSS22.0statistical software was used for data analysis.Result:(1)Compared with general data: A total of 57 people completed the planned course of treatment in this study,including 28 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.After comparing the general data of the two groups before treatment,such as gender,age and course of disease,it was concluded that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)Comparison of VAS scale scores: After comparing the VAS scores of the two groups before treatment,it was found that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and comparable;after comparing the VAS scores before treatment with one course of treatmentand two courses of treatment,it was found that P<0.05,which means that the difference is statistically significant,and the data of the two groups does have a tendency to decrease significantly;after comparing the VAS scores of the 2 treatment courses with the follow-up,it was found that P>0.05,which means that there was no statistically significant difference between before and after treatment Group can alleviate the syndrome of lumbar trilateral process syndrome,and the former has better curative effect and better long-term curative effect.(3)Comparison of M-JOA scale scores:After comparing the scores of the two groups of M-JOA scale before treatment,P>0.05 is obtained,which means that the difference is not statistically significant and comparable;after comparing the M-JOA scores before treatment with one course of treatment and two courses of treatment,it was found that P<0.05,which means that the difference is statistically significant,and the data of the two groups does have a tendency to decrease significantly;after comparing the 2 treatment courses with the follow-up M-JOA score,it is concluded that P>0.05,It means that there is no statistically significant difference between before and after treatment,which proves that the Drgon-Tiger fighting acupuncture group(treatment group)significantly reduces the pain and discomfort of patients with third transverse lumbar process syndrome,and the functional activity of the lumbar spine is obviously restored.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group(control group),it has a significant advantage.(4)Comparison of clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the Dragon-Tiger fighting acupuncture group(treatment group)was 92.85%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group(control group),79.30%(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.From the perspective of clinical efficacy of the third transverse lumbar process syndrome,the Dragon-Tiger fighting acupuncture method is significantly better than conventional acupuncture manipulation.Conclusion:Compared with the conventional acupuncture therapy,the Longhu fighting acupuncture method has a significant effect and high clinical application value in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. |
