| ObjectiveTo explore the clinical analgesic effect of the treatment of Acupotomy on the Third Lumbar Vertebra Transverse Process Syndrome(TLVTPS),and the improvement of tenderness of the local muscle,soft tissue and bone in third lumbar transverse process.To make doctors more standardized use of acupotomy therapy on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome and provide clinical evidence and data support.MethodsThe TLVTPS patients were from 2015.2-2017.1 to The Third People's Hospital of HuBei Province.There were 68 cases of patients in this study,according to the random and control principle,they were randomly divided into Acupotomy treatment group and acupuncture treatment group and each group had 34 cases.The Acupuncture Treatment group was treated with L1-L3 Jiaji points,local Ashi,Qihaishu,Shenshu and Yaoyangguan [1],and the treatment group using local Ashi of acupotomy therapy.The two groups were use 1 week for a course of treatment,after continuous treatment of 2 courses,we objectively observe the evaluate the curative effect of the 2 treatment with clinical efficacy,VAS pain score table,Japanese Department of Visual Analogue Scale [2].Result1.The data were processed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,in comparison to the overall clinical efficacy on the treatment,the Acupotomy Treatment group were cured with 13 cases,obviously effective in 10 cases,effective in 9 cases,and 2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.11%;the Electronic Acupuncture Treatment group were cured with 6 cases,obviously effective in 9 cases,effective in 15 cases,the total efficiency of 88.24%.There is an obviously difference in statistical data value(P<0.05),after treatment two groups of patients were recovered well;but the total effective rate of the Acupotomy Treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicating that there is a significantly better curative effect of acupotomy therapy on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome than the treatment group.2.There was no significant difference in the J0 A score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.After the 2 course of treatment,two groups' J0 A score were had significantly increased than before the treatment,indicating that the two treatments has a better efficacy after treatment;After the treatment the average JOA score of the Electric Acupuncture group is(21.16±3.04),and the average JOA score of Acupotomy treatment group is(25.83±1.33),there is a significant difference between the two group's J0 A score(P < 0.05),but the J0 A score of Acupotomy treatment group is significantly higher than those in Electric Acupuncture group,indicating that the Acupotomy Treatment was better than that of the Electric Acupuncture on patients with subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily life.3.There was no significant difference in VAS pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.Comparison of VAS pain score after treatment: the average VAS pain scores of the Electric Acupuncture group is(5.98±2.66),and the average VAS pain scores of Acupotomy treatment group is(2.34±1.78);the VAS score had significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),Acupotomy treatment group's VAS pain score was significantly higher than the treatment group,indicating that Acupotomy Therapy can relief the pain with the tip of the transverse process and other point of tenderness,and improved effect significantly better than acupuncture treatment.ConclusionAcupotomy Subjective Symptoms can be beter with subjective symptoms,clinical signs and the ability daily life.It can significant relieve the hyperplasia of local tissue,and it has positive regulation of soft tissue on the tip of the transverse process.Acupotomy Treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome is effective,simple,safe and accurate,trauma and little side effect,so it is worthy of widely clinical application. |
