Medical informatization is the result of the development and application of information technology in the medical field,which integrates medicine,information,management and other disciplines.At present,medical informatization has been more mature application and development in developed countries,and it has been proved by practice that medical informatization can bring good social and economic benefits;at present,domestic medical informatization is developing rapidly,which has greatly improved the efficiency and level of China's medical service and management by means of modernization,scientificity and standardization The growth and development of a number of medical information companies.In the future,medical informatization will become the inevitable direction of the development of China's medical and health undertakings,and medical information companies will also usher in unprecedented development opportunities.In a good development prospect,with the increasing competition of enterprises in the same industry,it is an important measure for medical information companies to actively respond to the future development to establish a scientific and reasonable competition strategy mode.In this context,this paper takes TF company as a case,according to the theory of competitive strategy,using the methods of literature analysis,comparison,and case analysis to study the differentiated competitive strategy of the case company.Firstly,the pest model is used to analyze the external macro environment of TF company.Secondly,the five force model is used to analyze the industry environment of TF company.Then,the internal resource analysis and SWOT analysis of TF company are carried out.The research shows that TF company should adopt so strategy at present stage,focus on the advantages and external opportunities of the company,and base on the market of core products.This paper concludes that the current "differentiated competition strategy" is the most suitable strategy for TF company.First,TF should adhere to the development of existing core competitive products and business sectors,and continue to stabilize the domestic market position.Second,we should try our bestto find opportunities to sink the market and expand the scope of the market.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding implementation safeguard measures,in order to formulate a more suitable for the current development of TF company strategic plan,can promote the better development of TF company,maintain sustainable market competitiveness.
