Objective:To understand the status and characteristics of unhealthy dietary behaviors among secondary vocational school students,analyze the unhealthy dietary behaviors and its influencing factors,and the relationship between unhealthy dietary behaviors and health,so as to provide evidence for reducing unhealthy dietary behaviors.Act and develop interventions.Methods:A questionnaire on eating behavior and physical health was designed.Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 891 students from three schools in western Anhui province.This paper uses multivariate statistical analysis method to analyze the eating behavior of secondary vocational school students and its influence on their health.Results:1.Prevalence of unhealthy dietary behaviors is as follows:(1)Behavior of skipping breakfast:13.1%of secondary vocational school students almost did not have breakfast every day,and 16.7%and 9.3%of male and female students respectively.There were significant differences in the proportion of secondary vocational students of different genders(p<0.01).The proportion of third-graders who barely ate breakfast was 17.8 percent,much higher than that of first-grade boys(9.4 percent)and second-grade boys(12.1 percent)There was a significant difference between the scores(p<0.05).The reasons for skipping breakfast were:poor appetite in the morning(41.3%),getting up late(39.7%),and poor breakfast quality in the school cafeteria(12.6%).(2)Late-night snack behavior:the proportion of men and women eating dinner almost every day was 11.0%and 4.7%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).They were 7%,7.7%and 6.3%,respectively.There was no significant difference between grades.46.3 percent of students often eat midnight snacks due to staying up late,24.5 percent have the habit of having midnight snacks,and the proportion of students who often choose to have midnight snacks with classmates reaches 10.9 percent.(3)Beverage behavior:There was no significant difference in alcohol consumption between male and female students,and the proportion of frequent drinkers was 11.9%and 10.3%,respectively.The proportion of students who regularly drank alcohol in the third grade was slightly higher than that in the first and second grades,but the overall difference was not significant,at 14.3 percent,11.5 percent and 9.8 percent,respectively.Nearly half of the students(49.2 percent)drink regularly because of good taste,of which 21.4 percent choose to drink for convenience reasons,while nearly 10 percent choose to drink because they think it can improve their immune system.(4)Takeout behavior:The number and frequency of boys ordering food in secondary vocational schools is slightly higher than that of girls,with 12.4%and 8.4%of students ordering food regularly respectively.The proportion of senior students who often ordered food was higher than that of junior students,and there were significant differences among different grades(p<0.01).The main reasons for students ordering food were Ryder standing in the cafeteria(42.7 percent),changing tastes(20.1 percent)and weather(17.8 percent).(5)5%and 10.7%respectively.The difference is not obvious.There is no significant difference between students of different grades.The proportion of severe picky/partial eating was 11.5%,10.5%and 13.2%,respectively.2.The impact of unhealthy dietary behaviors on health(1)The impact of breakfast-free behavior on health is mainly reflected in weight and gastrointestinal tract.The proportion of overweight/obese students who often skip breakfast is higher than that of normal weight students(p<0.05).There were significant differences in the proportion of students with gastrointestinal discomfort and students with normal gastrointestinal function in choosing not to eat breakfast(p<0.05).(2)There is a correlation between late-night eating and alcohol consumption and overweight/obesity.Excessive late supper and frequent drinking are the dietary factors that lead to overweight/obesity of secondary vocational school students,while some eating/picky eating is the inhibiting factor of overweight/obesity of secondary vocational school students.Stomach unwell and often eat midnight snack,drink to have certain concern.(3)Outgoing behavior has certain influence on oral and gastrointestinal health problems.The more often secondary vocational students drink and order food,the more likely they are to cause verbal problems.Conclusion:Unhealthy dietary behaviors such as eating breakfast,taking away food,drinking alcohol and eating midnight snacks are common among secondary vocational school students,which are mainly related to eating habits and the quality of canteen food.On average,boys have higher rates of unhealthy dietary behaviors than girls,while high school students have higher rates than lower grades.There is a certain correlation between students' unhealthy dietary behaviors and their health status.
