With the rapid development of China's economy,China's medical facilities and sanitary conditions have been greatly improved,but at the same time,there are also problems such as the tension between doctors and patients,the lack of hospital risk management capacity and so on.Patients' consciousness of safeguarding their rights is constantly enhanced,and some doctors' professional ethics in the hospital are corrupted.Patients' moral outlook and values when seeking medical treatment have changed,which is also the main reason for the tension between doctors and patients.The health care industry to a higher level of professional,professional quality and moral quality of doctors have higher requirements,at the same time,the doctor is also a high risk of profession,can literally,medical risk is in the medical treatment of each link,coupled with the influence of many uncertain factors,medical risk accident happening is understandable.But medical risk accidents can be avoided,to a large extent because of medical risk is everywhere,and great harm to patients,so urgently need to establish risk management mechanism and scheme,reduce risks brought about by the loss into manageable,win a life more for patients,therefore,the establishment of the medical risk management mechanism and scheme is particularly important.Taking N Hospital as the specific research object,this paper studies the construction of its health-related risk management scheme,and summarizes the basic risk theory,risk management theory,medical risk management theory,and the meaning and objectives of medical risk management.Then to N hospital medical risk management status,and makes a construction of medical risk management index system,using the questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of impact medical risk index of N hospital patient satisfaction index selection,as well as the weight set,finally gives the existing N hospital risk management evaluation score values,for the weight of each index to identify the present N of a series of problems exist in the process of hospital risk management,and gives the corresponding improvement scheme and the prevention and control measures,close and improve and perfect the N hospital medical risk management level.
