In the past two decades, China’s medical cosmetic plastic surgery industry is developing rapidly, yet it is still in a lower level while comparing with its foreign counterpart. Under the circumstance of increasingly fierce market competition, higher requirements were raised to project operations and marketing of the hospitals in this industry. HM Medical Beauty Hospital is established in 1994 in Guangzhou City as a medical cosmetic plastic surgery hospital, which located in the central area of Tianhe CBD. After 20 years of development and precipitation, it has become the most well-known brand of cosmetic surgery in Guangdong Province. The hospital’s main business is positioned to micro-surgery(non-surgical cosmetic mainly), yet it faces fierce market competition, rising marketing costs, decline in business, marketing difficulties and low input-output ratio in the process of development. This paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in the micro plastic marketing program of HM Medical Beauty Hospital, find out the associated cause and establish the mathematical model. The planned route of this paper is to analysis the economic and technical aspects of existing scheme HM micro-plastic surgery hospital project, design measures to enhance profitability, select the most suitable program with the multi-attribute decision making method, AHP marketing program, fuzzy comprehensive integration analysis.The final goal is to acquire a suitable optimization solutions that will help break through the bottleneck of the development of micro-plastic HM Medical Beauty Hospital as well as maintain stability of the marketing projects. At present, HM beauty hospital is using the optimal solution in this paper to test the implementation of the actual work.Choosing the appropriate project marketing strategy is an important decision for enterprises to maintain long-term competitiveness. The creation and management of the right marketing system is essential to the formation of the core competitiveness. The research of this paper can provide reference and support to the domestic medical beauty industry and enterprises in solving the micro plastic project marketing promotion.
