Objective:Survey hospitalized disabled soldier sleep status of the elderly,the analysis,the influence factors for the construction of better targeted nursing intervention measures of sleep,promote hospital disabled soldier elderly healthy sleep,provide theoretical basis to improve the degree of physical and mental health.Methods:Selected in July 2018 to May 2019 disabled soldier institute of shandong province disabled soldier in the hospital the elderly as investigation object,including general demographic information questionnaire survey tools,Pittsburgh sleep quality scale,sleepiness scale,the international physical activity questionnaire short volume,self-esteem scale,geriatric depression scale,anxiety self-assessment scale,simple intelligent mental state examination(mmse)scale,social support scale.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T-test,one-way ANOVA,chi-square test,and binary logistic regression.Results:1.A total of 400 questionnaires were issued and 398 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective response rate of 99.50%.The average age was 71.23±6.89 years old,ranging from 60 to 91 years old2.Hospital disabled soldier subjective sleep quality of elderly scored an average of 1.19±0.73,average score was 1.70±1.05 sleep time,sleep time average score was 1.43±0.97,average score was 1.77±1.15 sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,average score was 1.32±0.51 and hypnotic drug scored an average of 0.16±0.58 average score was 0.91±0.91,daytime dysfunction,PSQI scores was 8.36±3.71 on average,compared with Liu Xianchen et al research of national norm,The differences of sleep quality,sleeping time,actual sleeping time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and PSQI total score were statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The score and comparison of PSQI in each dimension in the hospitalized veterans group showed statistically significant differences in the time to fall asleep,actual sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction,and the total score of PSQI(P<0.01)4.Among the 398 hospitalized veterans,232 had sleep disorders,accounting for 58,30%.166 patients without sleep disturbance,accounting for 41.70%;The incidence of drowsiness was 184(46.20%);The number of non-sleepers was 214,or 53.80%.5.Binary logistic analysis on the distribution of sleep disorders among hospitalized veterans showed that rheumatic diseases(OR=2.93)and current occasional smoking(OR=9.17)were risk factors for sleep disorders.Frequent participation in moderate physical activity(OR=0.64)was a protective factor for the occurrence of sleep disturbances6.Binary logistic analysis on the distribution of drowsiness among hospitalized veterans showed that rheumatism(OR=2.04),overweight(OR=6.06),obesity(OR=44.85),self-esteem(OR=1.10)and social support(OR=1.05)were important factors for drowsiness.Conclusion:1.The hospital disabled soldier the incidence of sleep disorders in the elderly is higher,prolong sleep time,reduse the actual sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction2.Obesity,rheumatism,smoking,and drinking may be the physiological factors that affect the sleep quality of the elderly inpatients;self-esteem and social support may be the psychological factors that affect the sleep quality of the elderly inpatients.
