YZ Clinic is an international medical service organization.the clinic is committed to provide the best quality services for patients,so the service staff's work demands are becoming higher and the staff's work pressure is also increasing.This has caused among members of the the translation staff,passive work behaviors,constant complaining,quarrels,low job satisfaction,high levels of stress,and a high turnover rate.The aim of this paper is to analyze the current situation of stress management for YZ clinic translators and to propose feasible and effective strategies to improve the stress,which is especially important for the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.In this paper,the author adopts the ideas of finding,analyzing,and solving problems.Also on the basis of studying the literature theories about pressure,pressure source,and pressure measurement tools at home and abroad,it also investigates and studies the application cases of stress management in enterprises in recent years.Combined with the current situation of the work stress of the translation staff in YZ clinic,referring to the mature work stress questionnaire,a questionnaire of work stress was designed for YZ clinic translators,and the data collected were firstly analyzed in terms of population characteristics,and the translators of YZ clinic had a clear cognition,and the reliability and validity of the data were analyzed.First,the author compares and analyzes the individual differences of the staff.Then analyzes the correlation between the source of pressure and the work pressure.Finally,the author carries out regression analysis and result analysis to analyze the relationship between the source of work pressure and the work pressure that affects the translators.The constructive and feasible pressure improvement strategies are put forward for the pressure sources with greater influence.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)YZ Clinic translation staff are mainly young people;the number of female staff is much higher than that of male staff,the proportion of female staff is as high as 81.37%;the unmarried single staff is in the majority,accounting for 78.43%;Only 14.71%of the employees are married.The employees have high educational level,and the number of undergraduates is the largest percentage.The employees have shorter working time,among which 53.92%of the employees have only limited working time in internship period,more than 90%of the employees have worked for less than 10 years 2 Years;The staff translation languages are mainly in Japanese and English.(2)in the regression model,the coefficients of interpersonal relationship,work load,professional skill and family support were all less than 0.05,and the coefficients were all greater than 0.05,it shows that interpersonal relationship,work load.professional skills and family support have significant positive effects on work stress,that is,the more problems in interpersonal relationship,the worse interpersonal relationship,the greater the work stress,and the greater the degree of work load,the greater the work pressure;the more problems with professional skills,the greater the work pressure;the more problems with family support,the greater the work pressure.In the regression model,the Regression Coefficient of career development was significantly higher than 0.05,indicating that career development had no significant effect on job stress.(3)by comparing the values of the five dimension coefficients in the result table of the regression model,we can know that the factors that affect the work pressure from big to small are:Interpersonal relationship,work load,family support,professional skills.The study shows that there is a big problem in the stress management of YZ clinic translators and there is much room for improvement.This paper puts forward the stress improvement strategy of YZ clinic interpreters,which is of some reference value.There are still many shortcomings in this paper,but we hope to provide reference for the work pressure management of the medical and health service industry in China.
