Healthy,happy and effective employees are the greatest wealth of an organization.Across the world,many excellent enterprises attach great importance to employees' physical and mental health with offering them assistance and solving problems for them in life and work,which not only promotes the employee's well-being and the professional growth,but also helps organization itself to achieve in various areas including talents,performance,competitiveness,sustainable development,management and so on.Considering full exploitation of workforce's value as the golden rule,the traditional enterprises' management usually gain huge profits by improving their work efficiency,intensity and optimizing workflow.While,one of the drawback is that this management lacks"human" care.With constantly increasing work intensity,Employees will be under numerous amount of stress,which will lead to physical and psychological discomfort and demotivate their performance in job.With the development of the society,mechanical automation and information technology help industries to make structural adjustment and the traditional management concept also needs to be optimized.Humanistic management,stress management and employee Assistance Program have emerged.The new management concept advocates that the benefit of both individual and organization should be combined,organization's leader should pay attention to the importance of "human" in management,help his employees to tackle with their work pressure and improve their physical and mental health.What's more,professional growth should also be emphasized and finally realize the common development of both parties.In current health care industry,most of the medical staff is too busy to take employees'mental health and working pressure into consideration either in level of management or person.According to the related survey,it presents that most medical staff are under high working pressure and have job burnout.Under the Long-term excessive working pressure,medical staff will have exhausted body and mind with work enthusiasm and creativity reducing,which is not helpful for the healthy development of the medical and health care.Whether from the perspective of individual,medical institution or society,it is urgent to pay attention to working pressure and physical and mental health of medical staff.Based on theories of humanistic management,stress management and Employee Assistance Program,this thesis analyses the working pressure problem existing in clinical doctors of W hospital and try to put forward the countermeasures to solve this problem.This thesis tries to solve over-working pressure of Clinical doctors from the individual level and organizational level,which helps employees to adjust themselves.This research can provide some valuable reference for other medical institutions to improve their management.In this thesis,the first part mainly introduces some related theories of adjusting employees' working pressure,at the same time it also introduces the research background,significance and research methods.In second part,it mainly introduces the working and life situation of W hospital's clinicians.In third part,it describes working pressure condition of clinicians.In part four,it analyzes the causes of working pressure.In part five,it studies the countermeasures to solve the problems.In part six,it is a conclusion.
