Objective:1.Compare the pregnancy early, middle and late period of stress level, analyse the source and related influence factors of the pressure.2.To observe the effect of the stress management training to reduce the pressure on pregnancy women, help them going throughout the gestation period.Methods:1.Extract the early pregnant women who are in line with the requirements, and continued to investigate the pressure levels of the second trimester and third trimester of pregnancy. The investigation tools included general questionnaire, pregnancy pressure scale(PSS) and social support rating scale(SSRS).2.Extract the early pregnant women who are in line with the requirements, divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given prenatal examination and health education, the observation group was given the prenatal examination, health education and stress management training.3.Using SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis and processing.Results:1.①The early pregnant women in the overall level of pressure is in the light(0.35 ± 0.04), factor 2 "caused in order to ensure that the mother and child health and safety pressure" got the highest score(0.69 ± 0.20);Factor 3 "for the body shape and physical activity changes caused by pressure"(0.57 ± 0.13), in the 4 factors in the second;sources of stress in factor 1 "caused for identity parental role pressure"(0.14 ± 0.02); factor 4 other score(0.26 ± 0.05), higher than factor 1.② The influence factors of stress in pregnancy are: whether the one-child, satisfied with the live level, the influence of pregnancy on work and study, and the pregnant women who sleep a day(P<0.05).③the pressure of women in early pregnancy(0.35 ± 0.04) significantly lower than that of late pregnancy stress scores(0.73 ± 0.42),difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ④ social support of women in early pregnancy(SSRS) score(37.12 ± 4.62),including subjective support score(19.5 ± 3.09),objective support(9.28 ± 2.00) and the utilization of social support score(8.33 ± 1.94), the utilization of social support score and pregnancy stress has significant negative correlation(r=-0.148,P<0.05).⑤ multiple regression results show that whether the one-child, the residence satisfaction degree, influence on work and study, a day of sleep four variables into the regression equation, four variables joint explain 23.2% of the pressure variation during pregnancy.2. ①Before intervention the observation group pressure score(0.26 ± 0.17), the control pressure score(0.23 ± 0.15),two groups has no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).②Stress management training group after the late pregnancy stress scores(0.37 ± 0.16) is lower than the control group(0.95 ± 0.31),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Observation group pressure increases value before to after the intervention(0.11 ± 0.09) is lower than that of the control group(0.72±0.29), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.There is a widespread mild pregnancy stress among pregnancy women.the pressure sources of major is concerns for maternal and infant health and safety of stress. Compared with the early and mid pregnancy, late pregnancy stress scores highest. Whether the one-child, habitat for satisfaction, the effect of pregnancy on work and study and pregnant women sleep hours a day have influence the stress.2.Stress management training helps to alleviate the pressure of the pregnancy, make it through pregnancy and during delivery.
