Since the thirties of last century, "pressure" as a medical terminology which has been introduced to the sociological field, was always being the focus of psychology and management. "Working pressure" is the most important component of "pressure", which is well-deserved the focus of the theory in the study.If working pressure is too large, it may leads to employee burnout, satisfaction diminished and even born the will to leave; the turnover intention of employees is the most important antecedent variables of their departure behavior, and the departure behavior will affect the quantity and quality of human resources which will affect the development of the enterprises.IT industry belongs to a typical high-pressure industry, IT employees are affording the enormous working pressure, according to the historical data, the turnover rate of It industry employee is very high, even up to 50%; currently under the premise of economic crisis, the new job opportunities searching becomes more difficult, but turnover intention which caused by high working pressure is still objectively existing; drawing lessons from a high turnover in IT industry after the dot-com crisis of 2003, which led a destructive effect to some IT companies, we get the knowledge that the study of the relevance between the working pressure and the demission intention is very necessary.In connection with study of working pressure in theorists which mostly used to build model with the introduction of an multi-buffer variables, the study of demission and turnover intention usually build model with the introduction of a mediator; for working pressure and turnover intention of the association analysis, currently, the mainstream theory is unusual and a small part of the study is still mainly uses the introduction of a mediator. But denying the effect of buffer variable is the contrary to mainstream pressure model research, this study emphasizes the introduction of intermediate variables, using OSI theoretical framework, through follow-up data from empirical analysis to determine the nature of intermediate variables is mediator or buffering variables.In this study, from the start of the inductive analysis of mature literature, such as working pressure theory and demission theory, using empirical methods, tentatively analyzing the source of IT employees working pressure, as well as the relationship between it and the wishes of employee turnover; try to bring in the middle of variables studied in order to achieve diversity, stress management methods, effectiveness purposes. I hope this study can provide some reference to human resources management of IT enterprise, scientific and effective control the turnover rate, to ensure the quantity and quality of human resources which are the essential for IT enterprise development, under the conditions of the financial crisis, I hope this study can contribute to the rapid and healthy development of China's high-tech industry.
