| Objective:The purpose of this study was to find out the status quo of nurses' willingness to "Internet + Nursing Service" and its influencing factors through self-designed questionnaires,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of "Internet +Nursing Service" in Nanchang area.Methods:1.Questionnaire formation:(1)Literature Analysis: through reading a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,the literature collation analysis and induction,and combined with the new deal on the time intensive evaluation,through discussion group to determine the basic framework of the questionnaire.(2)Delphi expert letter inquiry method: 17 nurses who have been engaged in clinical nursing work for a long time in the area of "Internet + Nursing Service" and the director of the Nursing Department of the Grade III,Class A hospital were selected as the experts for this questionnaire.After two rounds of inquiry,the questionnaire on the willingness of clinical nurses to "internet + Nursing Service" in Nanchang No.3 hospital was drawn up.2.QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY: Survey of clinical nurses in the top three hospitals: Using random sampling and stratified sampling method,the clinical nurses in the Grade III,Class A hospital were selected as survey subjects.3.Statistical Methods: All valid data collected were analyzed by SPSS21.0statistical software.The measurement data are expressed by mean standard deviation,and the counting data are expressed by frequency,composition ratio and ratio method Correlation Analysis and multiple linear regression were used to evaluate the influencing factors of "internet + Nursing Service" intention of clinical nurses in third-class hospitals.Results:(1)results of expert consultationThe recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaire was 100%,among which16 experts put forward revision opinions in the first round,100%,and 8 experts put forward revision opinions in the second round,accounting for 47.06%.Cs was0.847,CA was 0.765,CR was 0.806.The average CVI value of all items was 0.943.(2)Cognitive Status of "Internet + Nursing Service" by Clinical Nurses in Sanjia HospitalThe survey 320 3 armour hospital clinical nurses,investigation object of nursing service "" the Internet relatively superficial cognition on cognitive situation as a whole,the more clear cognition of " service ",for the details of the policy of "content",pilot cities running status,market platform running status and risk prevention and control and charge the relevant contents of understanding needs to be deepened.(3)status quo of the willingness of clinical nurses in grade a hospitals to "Internet nursing service"The participants in this survey showed a high willingness to participate in "Internet + Nursing Service" as a whole,with 60.94% of the survey dropped out indicating a high degree of willingness;most nurses had a positive attitude towards the positive role of "internet + Nursing Service",the evaluation of "Internet +Nursing Service" is optimistic.(4)the influencing factors of "internet + Nursing Service" intention of clinical nurses in third-class hospitalsThe results show that: 1)the role of economic factors is still obvious,the role of non-economic factors continue to strengthen.Among the motivation factors of nurses' participation intention,the proportion of "extra income" was higher,and the frequency of positive factors such as "realizing self-value" and "giving full play to the role of nursing specialty" was also more objective.2)risk prevention and control and personal safety are the main starting points of influencing factors.Most nurses take "the problem of personal security" and "how to deal with the problem effectively in case of dispute" as the main factors to be considered.Conclusion:The self-made questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used for investigation.The issuance of the policy of "Internet + Nursing Service" and the pilot area's advanced program have stimulated the willingness of nurses to participate.The advantages of "internet + Nursing Service" are well recognized by nurses,and the positive effect is obvious,the outlook is more positive.Besides the influence of economic factors such as increasing income,the effect of factors such as playing the role of special nursing and realizing the value of nurses has been continuously strengthened,and the nurses' pursuit of improving their social status and exercising their own ability has been continuously increased,security risk remains the dominant issue affecting the willingness to participate.Therefore,we should strengthen the propaganda of "Internet + Nursing Service",increase nurses' understanding of the operation mode and current situation,reduce medical risks and reduce disputes under the premise of ensuring the personal safety of nurses and patients,to promote the overall development of the nursing industry to meet the diverse service needs of patients,so that the "Internet + Nursing Service" work to be more healthy and sustainable development,to provide theoretical basis for future service work. |
