Objective: This paper proposed by the present situation investigation of TCM grassroots development, analyze the weak links, looking for measures of accelerating the development of TCM at the grassroots level. Providing practical countermeasures, in order to improve the scope of TCM service, as well as providing the reference for Health Regulations and Development Planning of TCM.Methods: By the way of Literature study, Questionnaire survey, On-the-spot investigation and Personal interviews, the paper presents the general situation of TCM in Qing Zhou. Widely collected material, using comparative, deductions, summarizes method concludes TCM grassroots course development problems and weaknesses, and put forward some Suggestions.Results: The career development of TCM owns a long history, achievements in bright primary with broad space for development and prospect. But at present the development of TCM grass-roots faces many difficulties, influence the special advantages, inheritance and development of TCM.Conclusion: To promote the healthy development of TCM grass-roots course, we must adhere to curative effect as the core; take the inheritance as basis; innovation as a driving force; focusing on talent cultivation. Taking efforts in three breakthrough aspects, that is, government investment, practitioners'enthusiasm and mass identities.
