The Non-emergency Department Nurses Of Clinical First Aid Capability Of The Preliminary Assessment Questionnaire Research

Objective:Develop a suitable for China’s non-emergency department nurses of clinical first aid capability assessment questionnaire, understand the current non-emergency department nurses of clinical first aid capability level, for nursing managers to take effective intervention measures to provide a theoretical basis, and to ensure patient safety,improve nursing quality.Methods:(1)According to the method of literature review, open questionnaire form and semi-structured interview, after group discussion to study the preliminary establishment of dimensions and the items pool.(2)After two rounds of Delphi method, random select 114 non-emergency department nurses in First Hospital Of Shanxi Medical University,to carry out a pre-survey with predictive questionnaire and self-made general questionnaire, then using five kinds of statistical method to the dimension and entries of the questionnaire to delete and modify.(3)Choose five different 3A-level hospitals of Shanxi Province to perform a formal investigation and analyze the data,then to test its reliability and validity,and to analyze the different impact factors on the demographic sociology of non-emergency department nurses clinical first aid ability score.Results:(1)Questionnaire reliability:The questionnaire Cronbach ’ɑ coefficient is 0.927, a half reliability is0.861, and the heavy reliability is measured0.977.It shows that the questionnaire has good reliability.(2)Questionnaire validity:Content validity:First, this topic entry source in a large number of domestic and foreign literature, expert interview and open questionnaire survey and after two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, dimensions and the questionnaire items repeatedly to delete and modify, ensure the questionnaire all dimensions and items can accurately express the content it contains.Second, the content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by calculating the questionnaire among the various dimensions. Each dimension and the total score between the correlation coefficient, correlation coefficient show that the higher the higher the content validity of the questionnaire. Results between the various dimensions of the correlation coefficient between 0.298-0.810, dimensions and total score between the related coefficient between 0.534-0.947,P values were all <0.01.Construct validity:Exploratory factor analysis was performed by using principal component analysis,feature extraction value factor greater than 1. Remove the factors of load is less than 0.4 entries and entries in two or more than two factors in the same load,and ultimately selected five factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate 58.28%, the initial idea structure of questionnaire and the tally basically.Confirmatory factor analysis was done in the formal survey data to further validate the structure of the questionnaire.The results was χ2/df=1.812,NFI=0.90,NNFI=0.91,RMR=0.073,IFI=0.92 and CFI=0.92.According to the criterion of judgment, the construct validity of this study is good.(3)The effect of demographic and sociological factors on the level of clinical emergency ability of non-emergency nurses:this study shows that different age, different degree, different nursing age, different levels, different titles of non-emergency nurses score difference has statistical significance; different departments of non-emergency department nurses only differences in the dimension of theory knowledge reserves have statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)The questionnaire of clinical emergency first aid ability of non-emergency department nurses was initially developed. The questionnaire included 28 items.(2)Reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.The questionnaire has high reliability, and the structure is basically consistent with the original idea.The questionnaire is simple and easy to use, can be used as a non-emergency department nurses clinical emergency assessment tool is widely used in clinical, to improve the level of clinical emergency ability to provide a reference.(3)To compare the difference of the clinical emergency ability of the non-emergency department nurses with different demographic and social factors:age, education, age, level,professional title, there are significant differences in the department, but the department only in the theoretical knowledge of this dimension is different.Age for "40 years of age and older", education is "master and above", retaining age for 16-20 years, level "N5 and above", the title of "the nurse in charge and above, the non-emergency department nurses clinical first aid ability was obviously higher than that in the other groups.
